Spectacular duplex UHC RUBENS APARTMENTS located on the first line, in the heart of Paseo Jaime I, just a few metres from the Luminous Fountain and Llevant Beach in Salou.
Llevant Beach, awarded the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as sunbed rental, parasols, disabled access, lifeguard posts every few metres and a multitude of parks and children's areas. If you are looking to spend a beach holiday with your family, this is your apartment.
DISTRIBUTION:
It is one of our best-located apartments in Salou. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is an apartment with a large living room with large windows with access to the terrace with sea views. It has a very well-equipped open kitchen. There is no air conditioning but both the living room and all bedrooms are equipped with fans.
