Three-room apartment Palau. Residence with swimming pool.

The three-room apartment is newly built and is completely new furnished, is part of the Residence "Il Gabbiano" and is 300 meters from the beach of Sciumara, 350 meters from the beach of Porto Faro and 450 meters from the center and port of Palau where you can rent rubber boats , take excursions with the various tourist boats and also take the only ferry that leads to the wonderful Maddalena Archipelago.

The apartment is divided into:

 • One double bedroom (Bed 160 x 200) + TV with large bathroom with shower
 • One bedroom with French bed (140x200)
 • A bathroom with shower
 • A utility room equipped with a washing machine
 • Living room with kitchen + double sofa bed (160 x 200) + TV + table for 6 people
 • Terrace with built-in barbecue and table for 6 people
 • Underground garage for parking space
 • Condominium swimming pool
 • Air Conditioning (Rooms and Hall)

A damage deposit of € 200 will be required upon arrival.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Palau! Perfectly located within walking distance of the town center, the harbor, and stunning beaches. Lorenzo is a great host — very welcoming and the communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

The apartment is fabulous, everything you need for 4 people, pool is great and the gardens are beautiful kept.The underground car parking was a bonus and was secure. It’s in a great location 10 minute walk to the beach or into town. Lots of fab places to eat . There is a slight hill to walk up from the town or beach but an easy walk . Highly recommended this place oh and the beds were extra comfy , check in and out we’re great fabulous thank you

Convenient and comfortable

The apartment had everything we needed. Lorenzo and Vittoria were very responsive to outreach. We loved being able to quickly walk into town as well as walk to the beach!

wir sind 2 freundinnen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. durch die 2 schlafzimmer mit eigenen bad hatte jeder seine privatsphäre. die lage ist super . alles gut auch zu fuss zuerreichen.

Lovely stay

My wife, 2 young kids and I enjoyed our stay at this well located and well appointment apartment. There’s lots of features that make the apartment very easy, lots of plates, cutlery, glasses etc to make it feel homely…..sometimes an issue with other holiday rentals. Unfortunately the aircon broke for our entire stay which made sleeping very uncomfortable as the apartment was 30 degrees without cooking. I did have lots of communication with the owner but they were unable to get it fixed during our stay. They did provide fans but aircon was a key reason for booking the apartment to escape the heat. All in all, it was just the aircon that let down this apartment as everything else was perfect.

Palau Flat

Well-equipped, clean, convenient flat in a lovely location, for a reasonable price! It was a short walk into town for food and the ferry. There were a grocery store and pizzeria close by. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The pool was clean and well-kept. Onsite parking was an additional benefit. We enjoyed our stay here (we are a family of 5) and would recommend it.

Top Unterkunft für Familien mit Kleinkindern

Wir haben die Wohnung genauso wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zweckmäßig und sauber. Der nächste Strand ist fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten entfernt allerdings empfiehlt sich mit Kleinkindern trotzdem ein Auto, da die Unterkunft auf einem Hügel liegt. Der große Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder und wurde jeden Nachmittag von uns genutzt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Vittoria für die Tips und das unkomplizierte Check in und Check out. Danke auf an Lorenzo für die reibungslose Transaktion und die super schnelle Antworten auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche im Vorfeld. Bis bald!

Nette Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem und ausreichend groß. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren tadellos und sind leise. Die Lage ist zentral allerdings in einer Wohnanlage, die wie ausgestorben wirkt. Scheinbar sind nicht alle Wohnungen verkauft oder vermietet. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnanlage (außen) könnte besser sein. Die Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool, der aufgrund der wenigen Mieter wenige Nutzer hatte.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Supermarkt ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt, das Meer nur ein paar Schritte. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Wir waren im August mit Familie in dem Apartement. Es ist eine sehr geschmackvoll, neu renovierte und eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die zwei Badezimmer waren für uns ideal, da wir mit unserer Tochter und deren Freundin unterwegs waren und somit die Mädels ihren eigenen Bereich hatten. Die Lage ist super, da man in ca. 5 Minuten am etwas gröberen Sandstrand ist und für Ausflüge Richtung Capo Testa, Costa Paradiso usw. eine gute Ausgangslage hat. Auch ins Ortszentrum gelangt man schnell und findet einige gute und nicht überteuerte Restaurants. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und fühlten uns sehr wohl! Danke auch an Vittoria für die pünktliche Übergabe und Abnahme!

Wir (5) können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet (ziemlich neu), die drei Klimageräte haben uns gute Dienste geleistet. Die Wohnung war sauber (Note 2), was fehlt ist allerdings ein Staubsauger. Man kann nur fegen oder putzen. Den Pool haben wir auch oft genutzt, besonders unsere Kinder. Es war wenig los, weil einige der Wohnungen noch gar nicht vermietet bzw. verkauft sind. In unserem Gebäude waren wir sogar fast ein wenig einsam. Aber in den beiden anderen zur Anlage gehörenden Häusern war etwas mehr los. Wir fanden die ruhige Lage sehr schön, und trotzdem ist sie sehr zentral. In weniger als 10 Min. erreicht man zu Fuß 3 unterschiedliche Strände (Sciumara, Leuchtturmstrand und Palau Vechio), relativ grober Sand, sowie das Zentrum von Palau. Das bunte Treiben abends in Palau war auch sehr angenehm. Kein Remmi-Demmi, sondern gepflegter Urlaubsflair, Hafen, Märkte, einfach nett. Was man leider nicht hat, ist eine schöne Aussicht mit Meerblick. Vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder her...

Sehr gut eingerichtetes und modernes Appartement

Sehr modernes und noch neues Appartement mit großzügigem Wohnzimmer/Küche, 2 gemütlichen Schlafzimmern mit jeweils 2 Bädern. In jedem Zimmer ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die große Terrasse ist mit Grill und Möbeln ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool für die Anlage. Der Sandstrand ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet unter anderem Surf- und Wassersportmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bäckereien und der Hafen von Palau ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Er war immer hilfsbereit und hat uns noch Tipps gegeben. Wir würden dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen und können es wärmstens empfehlen.
