Location was excellent right in the heart of Wells. Additional bonus was being able to park on the street near the property. Very comfortable, apart from the quilt on the bed which was far too warm for the time of year. A very minor thing other than that it was a wonderful property.

Ideal cottage for two adults. Great location to explore beautiful Wells and surrounding area. Easy access to shops, cafes and pubs/ restaurants. Pauline was a great host and we hope to visit again.

Short stay in Wells

Really enjoyed staying in the apartment. It has everything a couple needs with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, excellent wifi and a fantastic shower. The best part is the location being only a minutes walk to staithe street and the quay. Highly recommended as a base to enjoy Wells.

Very convenient for the lovely North Norfolk coast

Great little place, lovely host and central for exploring the North Norfolk coast. Clean and well equipped. Quiet location. All ammenities within easy walking distance ie pubs, supermarkets and bus access to the coast.

Perfect!

Lovely property, location and surroundings in Wells, and Norfolk coastline in general. If birds, nature and beautiful coastline are your thing then RSPB Titchwell Marsh is well worth a visit too.
