We spent a wonderful week in Holt at this cottage. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped and I loved the proximity to the town and to the Spout Hills pond where I could relax on a rug with a book! The parking space was a big plus too. One unavoidable downside to the cottage is the trek to the downstairs toilet via a very creaky staircase during the night! - part of the cottage's charm, but worth noting for light sleepers Thank you Vonnie.

We had a wonderful short stay in the property which was perfect for our needs. The property was clean and welcoming, having some milk and a couple of cupcakes there when we arrived was a lovely touch. We were able to walk into Holt, which has many amenities. It was also located within easy reach of the coast. There is only one parking space so we had to park the other car in a local car park, so there was an additional cost incurred.

The property was well located on the outskirts of Holt - 2 min walk into the town. Parking was easy using the allocated permit. The property had everything we needed and they kindly left some cupcakes and milk for our first cup of tea! Lovely decor and everything spotless.

Home Again is a lovely, comfortable and warm cosy cottage. We were welcomed with cake and milk. Great dog walking on your door step. Perfect for your stay in Holt.

This gem of a cottage is in the most perfect spot for exploring. It is quiet and much larger than expected. It's very clean and cosy. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Parking is an absolute dream. The hosts are kind and very approachable providing cake, milk, sugar and tea bags to welcome you after your travels. We would and are recommending this cottage to everyone we know. Thank you for our brilliant holiday.

Absolutely loved this little cottage and how close it is to Holt. Having spout hill on the doorstep for our pooch was brilliant. Really come away feeling like we had such a special family stay. Thanks for the treats!

Absolutely great cottage. Great location. Everything on your doorstep. I took my partner there as a surprise Birtday present. She loves walking in the countryside. Those walks are accessible just behind the cottage. Plus more in the surrounding area. The cottage has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, with all facilities catered for. Overall faultless. Thank you.

What a lovely little cottage so close to the centre of Holt. Perfect to bring your dog too with Spout Hill on your doorstep. We will most definitely be back!

Excellent cottage

Clean and well presented- everything needed for a comfortable stay. Should be noted that the back garden is a shared courtyard for those with dogs, but open parkland is on the doorstep.

Lovely cottage, clean and as described. The owners left a note and some cakes in the fridge so was a lovely touch. Perfect location to the town and also a beautiful dog walk on the doorstep!
