Wee Woody is a charming detached bungalow just outside the village of Cottingham in Yorkshire. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom as well as a shower room. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed side Astro Turf garden with patio and furniture. Wee Woody is a lovely property in a fabulous part of the country suitable at any time of the year.

Amenities: Electric underfloor heating. Woodburner ( with starter pack), Electric oven with ceramic 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car (more available on request). Bike storage. Enclosed side AstroTurf garden with patio and furniture The garden is a two step walk from the property is not directly outside the back door. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles, golf clubhouse with bar and restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: Property is situated on the grounds of a golf course.
