Arden on Albert is a charming 2-bedroomed townhouse on the doorstep of the beautiful market town of Beverley.
Within easy walking distance of the town centre and the myriad of coffee shops, restaurants and shops, Arden House has all the modern conveniences that will make for a relaxing break in an area that is still a hidden secret in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
There is a very modern kitchen with all modern conveniences, a downstairs shower-room with underfloor heating, a dining area with generous table and a lounge fronting onto the street with comfortable leather couches and Sky TV.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one ensuite, with double beds. There is an array of games and books, and the house comes with free Wifi and good connectivity.
For those who like walking, golfing or horse racing, the Westwood is 200 metres away and offers a wonderful panorama. This truly is a gem of a place.

Albert on Arden was an excellent property in a wonderful location, a few minutes walk from Beverley. Beautiful decor, very comfortable, everything we could possibly need. The patio was a great sun trap. Highly recommend!
The pictures don’t do the place justice, it was very well equipped and lots of little surprises like toys for little one. Also really close to the centre of town with free parking

This is a really lovely property. Very comfortable, a well equipped kitchen and peaceful surroundings, despite being a 5 minute walk from Beverley town centre. Communication with property manager was easy and quick responses. We have stayed here before and will definitely return.

Great base for seeing Beverley. The Manager was extremely helpful. Great for a day at the races. The house was ideal for us - we managed the car parking ok.
We was looking for a property to rent for a trip to see friends in Beverley. This place turned out to be perfect for us. Very cosy with everything you would need. Great location just off the main village square. Excellent communication with the hosts. Will definitely be back next time we visit. Thanks.

A wonderful 5 night stay! The communication with the host is timely, informative and welcoming, with easy to follow instructions for arrival. The house was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Beautifully furnished and equipped - we have been able to cook comfortably and feel very much ‘at home’. Location is perfect to walk into Beverley and parking is straightforward.
We have stayed here before and will be back we hope!

This really has been a perfect place to stay. I've been singing at the minster all week and it has been a 10 min walk each way which has been lovely in the sunshine. I've cooked every evening and the kitchen is better equipped than mine at home! The whole place is very comfortable and of a high standard. Will definitely stay here again.

We had 4 nights in an excellently presented and equipped house 5 mins from town centre. Cleanliness was immaculate. The sunny outside patio for eating was particularly useful, as was parking right outside. The caretaker was extremely helpful from booking through to departure and 1 minor snag was resolved quickly and efficiently. We will recommend strongly to others.

Our 2 nd stay at the house its lovely everything works the property is well kept 2 bathrooms and excellent kitchen. The property as last time was very clean and presented . Simon as always was very formative with all instructions and available if needed he sorted out the parking there is no shortage of that . Easy walk into town lovely local pub round the corner the ( wool pack ) which allows dogs .We will definitely stay again

This was a very quiet, very clean and modern townhouse. 5 minutes walk to town. Fabulous shower room and also bathroom to the back bedroom. Ticked all the boxes for us. The beds were extremely comfy. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again. If I were to suggest anything it would be to have darker curtains in front bedroom as we prefer darker rooms and back bed squeaks but not really an issue for a short stay. Lovely stay.

We will look into a black-out blind for the front windows - it can be a bit bright in the height of summer! The bed in the back bedroom must have moved away from the wall allowing it to move slightly. Thanks for letting us know and we hope to see you again :)
Ticks all the boxes for what we needed for a short stay in Beverley . Perfect location within easy reach of town facilities . Spotlessly clean, lovely warm duvet , responsive heating . Having an ensuite bathroom plus a downstairs shower room was a real bonus . The only downside was the exceptionally steep staircase - probably not a problem for younger / fitter visitors! Communication with Simon the caretaker was first rate . We have stayed in several self catering properties in Beverley over the years but this is definitely our favourite and we will happily book again .

5 Albert Terrace has everything you could possibly need , spotless well equipped every thing worked , the beds we’re comfortable the en-suite in the back bedroom is perfect, the down stairs shower room is great and a shower is first class . A lovely area a short walk into the town . Parking is available before you arrive with the number plate .We used the back entry all the time the court yard is lovely we kept our bikes in there and had lovely evenings out there .We cooked in 5 nights .
Simon was very helpful in that department also he is very helpful in all areas making sure you stay goes well (thank you Simon )

This property is lovely immaculately clean fabulous fixtures and fittings. Bedrooms lovely size bathrooms excellent.kitchen better than the one we have at home everything supplied nothing missing. The outside patio lovely and private and a little sun trap. No problem parking directly outside. Short walk to shops pubs restaurants and cafes. St Mary's Church at one end and the minster at the other absolutely beautiful. We didn't travel out as we were only there a few days but if you wanted to the coast's not far with lovely woodland walks on the doorstep. Overall very highly recommended.
What an amazing find, the property is located so close to all the main attractions in Beverley. The quality and cleanliness of this property were outstanding - fully equipped and modern kitchen, great bathrooms (two bathrooms!!), comfortable beds, great dining space inside and outside, lovely lounge, utility room and great outside space.
So appreciated the property manager's attention to detail, great communication before arrival, an email that outlined what we could expect and need to do on arrival. Coffees, teas and milk provided, all necessary cleaning materials, a welcome bottle of wine and cake. Just fantastic - thank you Simon.

The house is delightful, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The location gives easy access to the town and surrounding area and parking was easy with the permit.

The house surpassed all expectations. It has everything you would need for a stay in Beverley.
It’s location is just outside the hustle and bustle of the town centre but less than a five minute walk.
The house is very well presented and has all modern, almost new, facilities.
The communication with the property manager was exemplary and this deserves special praise as sometimes this is missing in self contained accommodation.

The house was spotlessly clean, brilliantly equipped and really comfortable; slept well and mattress ideal despite a poorly back! Communication with Simon before and during our stay was seamless and timely and arrival instructions clear and straightforward. The welcome goodies were generous and greatly appreciated! Location was great- we were visiting our daughter in Hull along with her sister and were able to park in residents' parking each evening when we got back to Beverley. Fabulous spot to explore Beverley and surrounding areas and plan to return!
