On the ground floor you will find on the right side two connecting twin rooms with 2 + 2 beds each and a bathroom.

The large living room, all in glass, has a fantastic view over the green garden, the swimming pool and the sea.

Next to the living room, there is a dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. From the dining room you have direct access to the garden, where you can take a dip in the pool, relax in the jacuzzi or have a barbecue.

Access to the first floor is possible through a wooden staircase. On the first floor there will be three double bedrooms, one with a fireplace and all with private bathrooms with shower. There is also a bedroom on the same floor with a bath in the bathroom.

On the second floor there is a small office and a large balcony.

The villa also has a garage with space for two vehicles and a small games room with a pool table.
