Villa Las Palmas is a charming single-storey residence, ideal for those seeking comfort, leisure and a vibrant location in the heart of Albufeira.



The living and dining room, spacious and integrated, offers a welcoming environment perfect for moments of togetherness with family or friends.



On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each, two of which are en suite with shower. There is also a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower and an additional bathroom also with shower.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, providing functionality and direct connection to common areas, facilitating meal preparation.



On the exterior, the villa invites relaxation with its magnificent heated swimming pool (additional cost), surrounded by leisure areas, a brick barbecue area and an outdoor dining table to enjoy pleasant summer evenings. For moments of fun, there is also a snooker table.



Located just a few steps from the lively Rua da Oura, Villa Las Palmas offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and proximity to bars, restaurants and the beautiful beaches of Albufeira.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Perfect for a group holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Las Palmas. The villa was comfortable and had plenty of space for everyone. Having several en suite bedrooms was very convenient for our group. The outdoor area was a highlight, especially the pool and barbecue, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything Albufeira has to offer.

Excellent location and great villa

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Las Palmas. The villa was spacious, comfortable and ideal for our group. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we really enjoyed the outdoor dining area and barbecue. The snooker table was also a great addition. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the lively Rua da Oura, with plenty of restaurants, bars and beaches nearby.

Fantastic experience all around

The villa was perfect for our group, clean, spacious and very well located near the lively area of the Oura Strip. We had an amazing boat tour arranged by the company and enjoyed a delicious dinner at algarbe. Everything together made our holiday truly unforgettable!

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Came to same area 30 years ago. Totally changed from then - noisier, dirtier, smellier & not suitable for children. Daily loud “music” until 10pm was difficult to bear, especially since there was no mention in the villa listing. Luckily we enjoyed the pool despite having to complain to get the heating we paid for turned on. We couldn’t find the listed washing machine until we complained & the laundry room was unlocked. The smelly dishwasher was also fixed after we again had to complain. We also had an intruder climb over the wall & tried to enter our villa at 3am one night. The nearby beaches in Oura & old town were nice and child friendly.

Villa Las palmas in Albufeira is an excellent choice

Very nice villa in a great location in Albufeira. Within walking distance to the beach, including a beachside cafe and a few restaurants and stores. Villa had all we needed as far as kitchenware, linens, etc, with comfortable, furniture. The location was perfect. We would definately go back and will be recommending this villa to friends

Lovely Villa, shame about the location!

Villa was everything as described. No mention it was just off the “strip” which is closed to traffic at night, making things awkward when returning in the evening and a longer walk!

Great Outdoor Space

The outdoor area really made our holiday. We spent most of our time by the pool, enjoying meals outside and playing snooker in the evenings. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Fantastic Villa in a Great Location
