Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your return to the area after so many years did not meet your expectations. Over the course of 30 years, the surrounding area has naturally changed considerably, and we regret that, from your perspective, those changes have not been positive. Today, this part of Albufeira is particularly known for its lively atmosphere and nightlife, and the location of the villa is clearly indicated in the listing so that guests can consider whether the area is suitable for the type of holiday they are looking for. We also regret that some aspects of your stay required our team’s assistance and appreciate you bringing them to our attention so they could be addressed during your stay. Despite these concerns, we’re pleased to know that you were able to enjoy the pool and the nearby beaches, and we thank you for sharing your experience with us. Warm regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care
