A stunningly renovated, south facing, luxurious flat in a beautiful complex on a quiet street on the edge of the old town of Puerto del Carmen. Lovely grounds and a fantastic pool. Just a stones throw from the Bio-Sphera shopping mall, all the restaurants and dining and only 500m (6min walk) from the beach. This super clean flat has everything: Air-con, a full size, well appointed kitchen, lovely and large pool, free parking, family friendly quite setting but still handy to the clubs and bars of Carmen.
There is a queen bed in the spacious bedroom and the sofa in the lounge makes to a double bed. This flat is ideal for a couple or a family with 1 child. English TV stations, smart TV with internet capabilities and super fast, private & reliable Wifi!
Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is with in walking distance! There are also buses to all points from the main bus stop just 2min walk away and many taxi services. VV-35-3-0010941. Pool pump noise is occasionally noticeable to light sleepers.
