Villa Nicole is a luxurious and magnificent villa in a privileged setting with views of the sea and the mountains.

Distributed on one floor, this villa is ideal for families with children as there are no internal stairs!

The house and the rooms have a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains.

Villa Nicole has a beautiful Mediterranean garden that surrounds the house and artificial grass next to the pool terrace.
6 sun loungers, a large table and chairs equip the terrace and garden around the pool.

For greater comfort, Villa Nicole has all the blinds in the house automated.
Large windows in the dining area to enjoy the outside and the beautiful garden!

Located in a very quiet and residential area, restaurants just 500m away (you will find the restaurant in the urbanization where there is a large swimming pool), shops and nightlife a few kilometers away.

The closest beach is Cala Canyelles, just 3 km from the villa. One of the best beaches in Lloret de Mar for families, where the most prestigious restaurants in Lloret and a marina with water activities are for the whole family.
The nearest supermarket is about 3 km away and the city center 4 km away
