Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, the Duke apartment is a spacious accommodation offering a large living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen, three double bedrooms, and two fully equipped bathrooms.

From the entrance hall, you enter directly into the living-dining room and integrated kitchen. It is a particularly bright space, as the apartment is located in front of a large open square with no buildings blocking the view. In the living area, there are two comfortable sofas and an impressive 40" Smart TV with 4K resolution, connected to the internet for watching YouTube or streaming apps. Next to the sofas, and facing the passage to the modern kitchen, is a practical dining table where you can enjoy unforgettable dinners during your vacation. The open kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, and is partially separated from the living room by a half wall, giving it a sense of independence.

The master bedroom of the Duke apartment features a large double bed (180x200 cm), a spacious three-door wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
