This house is located in the palace of the famous Neapolitan actor Antonio De Curtis "Toto." Within walking distance you can find the National Museum, the catacombs of San Severo, the church of San Vincenzo, the Fontanelle cemetery, the palace and the Spaniard San Felice palace. There are also the famous pizzerias Starita, Concettina to the three saints and Poppella pastry. A few kilometers there are the stops of line 1 and line 2 Materdei Museum and Piazza Cavour. Possibility to reserve a garage at a cost of 20 euros per day. Possibility car service on arrival and departure at the cost to be agreed, is not included in the price the cost of 5 euros per person per night for sheets and towels essential bath.

Horrible! Never Answered or showed up

Horrible experience! We waited in a car on the near by corner in getting neighborhood for 3 hours and host NEVER answered. We had to find a new place to stay at 7 pm at night. And I had to call Vrbo a few time to get refunded.

I guess you shouldn't even do a review. you tell a lot of lies. you have never arrived at our house you have never called us you have our phone number to do so you are just looking for a way to get a refund that is not due to you.

It's Complicated

Gennaro was very nice to communicate with, but he unknowingly double-booked our room for first night of our stay. So, things were off to a shaky start. The amount of stairs to climb in order to reach the property was unannounced, so we had to lug our baggage up seven flights. There was only one working toilet as the other had a broken seat. There was also only one shower as the other just didn’t work. Halfway up to the property, there was a security gate you have to get through and the provided key only works from the outside, so you have to put your hand through the gate and unlock it from the outside. I would like to point out that there were no consumables (paper towels, toilet tissue, etc.). We would not recommend it in the future at its current state and if the room has the chance of being double-booked.

thanks for the compliments on communication. you arrived at 2 am, after check in time we offered you our support even at night. we offered you a pizza for four people. we helped you with your luggage, you had 12 large ones. the house is located on the 2nd floor without a lift and written in the description the gate you are talking about opens both with keys and with an electric button. the 2 bathrooms are both functional otherwise why don't you say it during your stay? you are very strange you left the house in an unseemly dirty and filthy way if I can choose I will not host you anymore

Sei a Napoli, nella Vera Napoli! In un'appartamento meraviglioso, dotato di ogni confort. Lascia fare ai ragazzi, i proprietari, ti diranno come muoverti, cosa fare, il parcheggio. Tutto perfetto e indimenticabile, quello che trovi nel Rione Sanità è il mondo. Un mondo fatto di delizie gastronomiche a tutte le ore, di mercato, di intense bellezze storiche e culturali, di mezzi veloci per approfondire le visite ad altri luoghi napoletani ed alle isole, al Vesuvio ed alle sue vittime. Profumi e vivacità di una splendida città in fase di continuo recupero e miglioramento turistico anche grazie alla Famiglia Valentino. Grandi persone. Grande Appartamento!
