Communication was difficult. It's 3 bathrooms but they gave us 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 adult women. I asked multiple times over 2 days and they told me to buy my own. They finally relented when I said they only gave us one. We were there for 3 nights. Location is very nice and the little bar below is amazing, but it is noisy from the traffic. Bathrooms were pretty dirty and the mirrors were awful. Also, the pro, it's on the 3rd floor so you have a good view of the street below, but if you want to ride the elevator, you have to pay each time. The air conditioners are only in the bedrooms so the rest of the place is VERY hot. The only common area is a table with 4 plastic chairs so there no where to relax after a long day besides the bedrooms. That was the biggest complaint from our group. That we were basically isolated to our rooms to stay cool.
