Oceanfront apartment with air conditioning, Wifi, pool, parking and TV.

The condominium has a swimming pool, children's pool and private parking. The large and comfortable apartment of about 50 square meters, of which a large living area, 15 km from the Tenerife South airport, is easily accessible, either by highway: Los Cristianos exit, or by bus. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, it is located a few meters from the beach of Los Cristianos, close to typical local restaurants, supermarkets, bocciofila, souvenir shops, minigolf and more. In the area: the Siam Park at 4.5 km, the Teide volcano at 44 km, La Masca Valley, the Jungle park, also easily accessible the Loro parque and many other points of interest. Possibility of excursions to the nearby islands, to sightings of whales and dolphins, it is also possible to snorkel and assisted dives. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. If you arrive later than this time there is a supplement to be agreed and paid upon arrival. Check-out by 10:00.
On request, payment is also possible by bank transfer.

Great place to stay, very close to beach, shop's and restaurants.. The apartment has everything you could need, great side view of the sea. Valentino was great, very quick at answering any questions you may have

A lovely apartment, a real home from home

This is a lovely, clean, well equipped, secure apartment. It is near to the shops, bars and restaurants yet it is nice and peaceful. We have been here a few times now and will keep returning as we always have a lovely holiday when we stay in Valentino’s apartment. Many thanks for your help Valentino, we will be back next year.

Lovely apartment for 2 adults and a teenager. Functional, comfortable apartment with aircon. We enjoyed the quiet pool area where sun loungers always available! We had late check out at 4pm with no extra cost to us, thank you Valentino for this outstanding service. Will definitely return.

comfortable apartment in ideal location

Stayed at Valentino's apartment on a number of occasions and continue to enjoy staying there. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious, fully equipped and has the comfort of air conditioning when required. The apartment is located at the quieter end on Los Cristianos at ocean level and the building has a lovely swimming pool. There are also a number of shops, including a mini market and bar attached to the complex.
