Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang, gute Infos und 2 Flaschen Trinkwasser im Kühlschrank. Das Appartement ist großzügig und wunderbar gelegen. Alles war tadellos sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment wurde sehr sauber übergeben und die Kommunikation bei Problemen war ebenfalls Die Lage ist ebenfalls absolut sehr gut nur über einen Fußweg und schon ist man am feinen Sandstrand und im Meer. Zum Supermarkt nur wenige Schritte. Die Garage rundete das Positive ab. Leider ist die Wohnung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Bademöbel sind schon aufquillt von der Feuchtigkeit, die Betten zeigen merkliche Kuhlen, beim Drehen Quietscht es sehr laut. Die Fenster und die Terassentüren ließen sich bei der Ankunft nicht schließen. dies wurde dann durch einen Handwerker provisorisch behoben. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool was ich persönlich bevorzuge jedoch kälter als das Meer. Die Farbe und der Beton blättert rings herum ab und entspricht nicht den Bildern! Von der Wohnung hat man leider keinen Blick zum Strand da sie zu tief im Boden ist. Aus diesen zuvor negativen gründen vergebe ich nur 3 Sterne. Hier passt leider das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr!

Una casa muy comoda con piscina compartida en frente de la playa. Un lujo poder levantarte y darte un chapuzon en la piscina. No habia mucha gente al rededor asi que era casi como tener una piscina privada.Zona tranquila con un centro comercial al lado que hace muy facil a la hora de hacer la compra.Paa ir al centro de Maspalomas puedes darte un paseo largo por la playa o ir fácilmente en autobus o taxi, no se tarda nadaRepetiría sin duda!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich direkt an der Strandpromenade, ist sauber und wie beschrieben. Restaurants usw sind gleich um die Ecke, trotzdem ist es ruhig. Auch die Begrüßung war top, wir konnten sogar schon etwas eher in die Wohnung. Vielen Dank! Einziger Minuspunkt und vielleicht für manche relevant: Leider ist neben der Terrasse die Pumpe für den Pool und die ist recht laut, ein sehr nerviges Geräusch. Sie war immer abends an, sodass ein gemütlicher Abend mit Meeresrauschen nicht drin war leider. Tagsüber war es aber meist aus.

Perfekt läge! Ej uppvärmd pool om man åker under vintertid (dock har de flesta boenden inte detta). Snabb och smidig kontakt med värden. Lägenheten är rymlig för fyra personer och har två smart-TVs vilket underlättar om man reser med barn.

The apartment was perfectly situated. It is well furnished and modern. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need.
