Garden with fruit trees. Large yard for children to play. Parking for several cars. access to wheelchairs. In the village of Madalena, there are several restaurants, car rental companies. Ten minutes from Pico Island airport. Five minutes Madalena harbor with maritime access to the islands of Faial and S. Jorge. Five minutes walk from the hypermarket. In front of the house there is a restaurant. House located five minutes from the center of Madalena village.
