Wonderful visit

The Annex was perfect for our purposes. Easy walk to family, Southbourne and the clifftop. Bed was comfy, decor beautiful, patio delightful. Only negative was that the internet would not stretch on my phone to the bedroom. My partner had less trouble. Would love to know if there is a special price for an extended stay next year. A month or more. Thank you. Jane

Overall good , but no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom basin . Shower head kept falling down needs some attention. Toilet seat loose!!

We appreciate your overall positive assessment, but we apologise for the small maintenance issues you encountered during your stay. We are very sorry that the shower head holder broke during your holiday – this has now been repaired and the toilet seat has been tightened. We would have been happy to attend to these during your stay if we had been made aware. The hot water comes from a boiler in the main house and you have to run the taps for about a minute before the hot water comes through but it is all working fine. Despite these small issues we are pleased that you still enjoyed your stay. Your feedback is valuable to us as we strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
