I think being a local person I could have gone straight to Bournecoast as their communications were simpler.The flat was just what I expected, a good one bedroom flat with a balcony to enjoy sitting on. The bed was very comfortable the sofa not so. Plenty of large windows kept the flat cool in the hot weather we've been having.The location was good with the Breezer bus stop right nearby. I was surprised there was not a fire emergency plan.
