This coastal-chic condo, Unit 313 at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area.

The kitchen features beautiful hardwood floors and is fully equipped with granite countertops, a standard drip coffee maker, and a Keurig—perfect for morning brews or a relaxing cup any time of day. The living room boasts tile flooring, a comfortable fabric couch, a reclining chair, and a sofa sleeper, along with a 50" TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The spacious bedroom is carpeted for comfort and offers a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, 40" TV with DVD player, and direct access to the bathroom, which includes a tub and granite-topped vanity.

Recent updates to Holiday Surf 313 include plantation shutters, new paint, rugs, and soft furnishings, as well as unique coastal-themed artwork that adds personality to the space. With new air conditioning and heating, and carefully selected décor, this one-bedroom condo is ready to become your perfect vacation retreat.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

*This property does not allow groups of adults under age 25. No Exceptions. *

Notice: Per HIIA PCRs, Section 4.5(f), tents are not allowed on Holiday Isle.
1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.

Isolated

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful.Our first time there and we didn’t realize that the property was so isolated from restaurants and grocery stores. We managed to adjust but it would have been perfect if there was at least one restaurant close by.Very quiet and peaceful, just be prepared with plenty of groceries or be prepared to travel for eating options.

Awesome condo. Loved having chair service. Staff at Holiday Surf were amazing and loved the grocery carts to get all our stuff in. Next time we plan to stay in one of the condos on the outer wings of the v so we have an even better view and no pool noise. Top Notch !

Other than that, it was great.

My family enjoyed the beautiful area and the property had everything we needed. The only delay we had at check in was notification text wasn’t received when the room was ready after 4 but there was always someone at the front desk or available by phone to update if you check back with them.

We liked the facility. Nice gym, lobby and laundry.

This condo is located in the V section of the complex and the balcony in the adjacent room is right there in your face. Not very private is you like to relax at the end of the day on the balcony and watch the ocean. Room was nice and have no complaints with. The staff at the complex was more that accommodating about getting us another room with a private balcony. I would recommend this property if you didn't mind another balcony in such close proximity.

Lovely Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Destin condo was a pleasant spot to stay...very clean and well appointed. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club - right on the beach with courts for tennis/pickle ball and shuffleboard courts. Amazing beach! We were not informed of the construction and repair work going on prior to booking. Our floor was affected by some of the renovations with no access to the floor except the stairwell for over a week and difficult for my partner who has mobility issues. If a walker or wheelchair was needed, he would not have been able to leave our unit... very disappointing to see. In my view, unacceptable. We had two issues in our condo unit-the dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor upon our first use of it. We addressed it with the condo personnel who took it to the owner of the unit. But no repairs were done, thus, no dishwasher to use. The other issue was that the pull-out couch was not suitable for sleeping for anyone. The staff at the condo provided us with a foam mattress to place on it which was a tad better. The owner would do well to buy a new mattress or new sofa bed as well as fix the dishwasher. Overall, if these were attended to, we would return in a heartbeat. We loved our holiday in this location, we loved the unit itself, and we were very pleased with the staff who did what they could do for us that was in their control. We had a good time there. Thank you.

The unit is very old, only the kitchen had a few up grades. The photos on your website are deceiving and just plan inaccurate. When you walk into the unit and expect to see the water your are met with a stucco wall from the outside. To see the water you need to sit in the corner of the kitchen bar. And sitting on the balcony is, well you can’t sit on the balcony unless you are intimate friends with the unit next door. There is absolutely no privacy. Every photo of this unit need to be removed and replaced with accurate photo that the renter sees the actual site. This is the second and last time we will stay in your condos. Too many issues for what we paid to stay in a one bedroom.

A couple of hiccups, one of which (water shut-off on Thursday) which was a minor inconvenience. One thing bugs me, though, which was the lack of any coffee mugs/cups - used glassware. How does such a well-appointed (otherwise) apartment not have coffee cups? Had a very good time, overall, and will recommend this resort to family and friends.

Wonderful location
