Designed in an artistic COASTAL theme, it includes HIGH-END finishes and attention to every detail! This lovely condo accommodates up to 4. The master bedroom boasts a LUXURY KING-SIZED BED with a wonderful new dream-inducing mattress, along with a QUEEN SLEEPER sofa in the living area.

With tiled floors throughout this BEAUTIFUL condo, it features LARGE ROKU flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The FULLY-EQUIPPED kitchen includes new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space to prepare those favorite drinks and vacation meals.

All this while you RELAX on your balcony marveling at the ocean views, TAKING IN INCREDIBLE SUNSET, listening to the waves and spot the DOLPHINS SWIM by!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is a gated facility which has direct access to a Beautiful White Sand, Private Beach, a Seasonally-Heated Outdoor Pool, two Tennis Courts and Shuffleboard courts with FREE equipment rental, Sauna, Fitness Center, Laundry Facilities, Barbecue Grill area and a Business Center.

To top it off, we offer COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE (Mar 1 - Oct 30) which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day of your stay.

Unit 622 has one of the best views on the property, so book early. It fills up fast.

During your stay, take a stroll on the beach down to the jetty to see the boats enter and leave Destin Harbor. Our level terrain makes it a great place to bring your bike to ride or walk among the majestic palm trees of Gulf Shore Drive to Norriego Point. While there, hop on a Water Taxi which can take you just across the harbor to HarborWalk Village. HarborWalk Village plays host to a number of waterfront restaurants, night-life, and specialty shops, many of which overlook East Pass. Seasonal festivals abound with live open-air concerts and fireworks that are shot off over East Pass during the summer months as well as special holidays. Destin Harbor is also famous for having the Largest Private Charter Fishing Fleet in all of North America!

With just a short drive to upscale shopping and premium outlet stores, numerous on and off water activities, plus fun events for all the family, you’ll enjoy many life-long memories on this little piece of heaven.
