Experience the ultimate relaxation in our warm and welcoming Gulf Coast beachfront property, Unit 314. Recently refreshed with a bright and inviting décor, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with hardwood floors throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both a standard drip and Keurig coffee maker—perfect for morning coffee or entertaining. The living room offers a cozy fabric couch, a sofa sleeper, and a 50" TV with DVD player, ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and ceiling fan, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub for a soothing soak. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a ceiling fan, with convenient access to the guest bathroom, also equipped with a tub.

Unit 314 is conveniently located near the elevator, providing easy access to the beach, sparkling pool, fitness center, and on-site laundry facilities. Whether you’re enjoying family meals at the dining table, relaxing in the living area, or taking in the Gulf Coast views, this condo is your perfect home away from home.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

Notice: Per HIIA PCRs, Section 4.5(f), tents are not allowed on Holiday Isle.
1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.

A Nice Place

The facilities was clean and family friendly. 314 had the space needed to accommodate everyone. We enjoy the beach and pool. Everything was nearby from restaurants, fun parks and shopping. The kids had an awesome time and didn’t want to leave.

Perfect!

This was our first visit to Destin and we chose the perfect place to stay. It was close to great dining but the beach was quiet and relaxing. If you’re up for a 20 minute walk down the beach you can have a great lunch and drink @ Rick’s as well! Kids loved it, we loved it, very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Summer vacation

I was skeptical about the property when booking but it was very clean. The pool was the clean and had someone working on it the entire day to keep it clean. The room was clean and just as described. The family really enjoyed having access to the amenities that was offered on the property and took advantage of them daily.

Great family vacation!

Overall we had a wonderful stay! Room was clean & had most of what we needed! Only bad thing was the master bedroom bed really needs a new mattress. It was really uncomfortable and I woke up several times throughout the night with my back hurting. That was my only bad experience of my stay!

Great stay

The condo was great. We had all we needed. Clean. The only thing I would say negative is the outside table on the balcony was metal and rusted and in some places chunky. I was a little worried about my kids cutting them on it. We turned the table around so that part of the table was against the wall and did not use that side. Other than that, the views were amazing. steps from the beach. Very clean

Our unit 314 (we have had 5 out of 6 years and again for 2024)was as expected. We bring our things in and feel right at home. This year the front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful If there was a problem it was taken care of very quickly. The maintenance people --all excellent. We look forward to our return next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great. The staff was extremely helpful. Everything was extremely clean. However, There were a few issues that made our stay a little disappointing. The icemaker did not work. There were no instructions for the TV and it took us at least two days to figure out why we kept losing a picture on the television. And the beach service, while free, was quite a hassle because you had to go down every morning and reserve it with a towel instead of getting your reservation for the week of your stay.

Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed that the AC was out most of our trip and even when mgmt said it was repaired, we were still pretty hot, especially at night. It stayed about 78 degrees, which is hot. The ice maker never worked for us even after we reported it and they were supposed to repair it. They never showed up. The master bed mattress is awful! We were sore every day and would wake up almost falling off the bed because of the way the mattress slanted down. The price wasn’t extravagant, but even at the rate we paid, the air should work, repairs that were promised should be made, and the mattress really does need to be replaced. Everything else was nice. The location was great, the pool was nice, and overall the condo was ok. We would rent again if at the very least, the mattress was replaced.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was ok. Definitely nothing special and to be honest we were a little disappointed. Pictures can be deceiving. A lot smaller than it looks and also a lot of little things not deal breakers but definitely needs updated. Lots of chipping paint and patchwork on ceilings. Especially above tub. Stained couch we did not use the pull out but it looked pretty worn. Tub tile needed to be caulked or re grouting. Drain looked like it also needed replaced. Bathroom could have been cleaned alot better. Ice machine in fridge didn’t work. Nothing that was absolutely horrible but definitely would have thought for the price it would have been more well maintained. It was a decent location. Games and pool were nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Unit 314 4 out of 5 years and re very satisfied with the unit and feel comfortable and at home in the unit. The only thing I could say is that the sofa and chair are very hard for an older person to get out of. We love the location of the unit as it is close to the elevators, stairs and has a nice view of the pool, tennis courts and gulf. We have signed up for 2023 for another 6 weeks of fun in the sun and hope to be able to rent this unit for many more years to come.

Snowbird Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year out of 5 in his unit. We feel comfortable in the unit however the couch and chair are hard for an older person to get out of. The bed is comfortable which makes for a good night's sleep. The location of the unit is close to the stairs and elevator which is handy when bringing in groceries. The location of HSRC is off the main highway, so there is very little noise. We always enjoy our stay and are coming back next year to the same unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Do not stay here. It is not convey to anything and you either need a rental car or Uber to any attractions. They only supply one roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of TP after that you must purchase your own. One night we had a man enter our condo during the night and the only explanation given was the door key codes are computer generated and there must have a mess up. This could have been a horrible thing as I have my conceal and carry license but did nothing bring my gun with me. They only supply you with limited linens and can only be switched on tuesdays and fridays

Awful Experience

Reviewer Comments: The front desk staff was the rudest people I’ve met in a customer service setting. The organization is not great. The owner of the condo we stayed in was the sweetest you’d meet; however the staff at the facility was another story. We spoke to MULTIPLE other families that were staying there and they had the same issue with front desk being very rude and not friendly. We won’t be staying here again simply because the staff was awful.

Great Trip

We stayed during Covid 19 and the staff worked so hard to keep everything sanitized for us, especially the elevator area. Everyone was so friendly. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is the only place in Destin we will stay. We hope to stay in 314 again next year.
