Bois de Garance, comfortable eco-friendly gîte with private pool

The softness of the wood and an elegant design surrounded by nature.
Welcome to Bois de Garance!
Located 5 minutes from the village and the emblematic forest of Saou, this new, ecological and comfortable cottage is ideal for moments of relaxation as a couple, family or friends. You will enjoy cooling off in its private swimming pool.
The cottage offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The sunrise and sunset offer
 a guaranteed show from the dining room and the terrace.
Baby equipment can be made available (travel cot, bed rail, high chair, etc.).
Quiet, on the edge of a wood.
Departure of walks or bike rides from the house. Horse riding nearby.
The village of Saou is located 5 minutes away, with its shops (crafts, food, restaurants, caterer, brewer, art galleries, bicycle rental, etc.).
If you prefer swimming in the river, it is 2 minutes from the house. The aquatic hikes are also very pleasant.
You do not want to waste time for your first races when you arrive: make your purchases online (Intermarché drive from Crest) the previous week and we will collect them for your arrival.
We advise you to take only the basic products because the region is rich in very good producers that you will enjoy discovering on the spot.

INTERNAL RULES:

The cleaning fee of 45 € is compulsory.
The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
Discretion, respect for others and places are very important points for us.
It is therefore strictly forbidden to party in the house, to eat in the bedrooms or on the lounge chairs.
Sheets and towels can be rented:
- double bed set: € 8 per bed
- single bed set: € 6 per bed
- hand towels: € 3 per towel
- tea towels: € 3 for 2 tea towels
You should know that any task on the mattresses or bed linen (or other deterioration) will be invoiced in addition and deducted from the deposit.
You are helping us to keep this place in good condition, so that successive occupants have the joy of enjoying always beautiful and pleasant accommodation! Thank you sincerely for your understanding.
You will be asked to pay a tourist tax of € 1 per night per person over the age of 18 upon arrival.
We remain at your disposal for any other question concerning your stay in our cottage.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Charlène, tout confort, decorée avec beaucoup de soin et de goût, rien ne manque, on se sent chez soi de suite, et cette vue magnifique sur les montagne et la forêt de Saou!! À refaire mais sur 2 semaines. Hôte hyper chaleureuse ainsi que sa famille. Nous reviendrons probablement!

Avons passe un séjour plutôt agréable avec toute la famille. La propriétaire Charlène est très sympathique, accueillante, en prenant soin de nous satisfaire et donner les bonnes adresses et visites de la région.Sa maison en bois, moderne, très propre, avec du beau linge, cuisine fonctionnelle, bel espace à vivre. Tout est parfait à mon goût. Très satisfaite de mon choix.

We liked the panoramic view of the mountains of the Forest of Saou since this meadow, so we built two wooden houses to comfort our guests.
