- Detached house in the Alentejo coast about 150km from Lisbon and 120 km from the Algarve. Just 20 km from the beaches - Vila Nova de Milfontes and Porto Covo (25 km).

5 km is the Cercal, friendly Alentejo town with all services available (MB, Supermarket, Laundry, Market, etc.). Still find 100m a typical rural coffee with a small grocery store where you can mingle with the friendly locals.

- Lounge with kitchen, dining room, table for ten people, living room with fireplace (stove), wood-burning stove, television, stereo, free WiFi .

- 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms: room (suite) with double bed and private bathroom; room with two beds together (or separated); room (suite on the 1st floor) with two beds together (or separated) and private bathroom; small room with bunk beds; common bathroom (service).

- Living area 160 m2, in a plot of 6 000 m2.
- Terrace with private pool
- Barbecue outdoor patio.
- Outhouses and little room to relax outside.
