This house offersexactly what you see online: location, location, location! It is a wonderfully secluded getaway for a couple or a small family. With direct access to an almost private beach, a prominent location with a well-screened patio (we loved the outdoor shower there!) facing the water on the rocks just above the water, it benefits in the afternoon even on extremely hot days from the breeze coming off the inlet. With patio running almost all the way around the house and trees or high hedges on both sides, we could privately and comfortably lay outside nearly all day, moving around the house out of the sun. And for truly hot phases, the air-conditioning in the main room is able to cool the entire house. The house is compact, but well appointed; the living room might benefit from an additional comfortable seating option for relaxing together in the evening inside. You do trade seclusion for convenience, so that you need to drive 10 minutes to amenities like supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, or the unbelievable turquoise water beaches. But that was the point of choosing this house for our vacation: we wanted to enjoy the privacy and we definitely did! We spent more time just winding down at the house, than we do on most vacations. Check in and out was a breeze, accommodating our late arrival in early departure.
