Charming, unique villa with a large, private outdoor pool and overhead sunlight all year round. Perfect for groups of friends wishing a quiet getaway to Spain. Beautiful sea views from the upstairs bedrooms.

The villa is a short drive or 20 minute walk from the beach. 15 minutes by car from Marbella town, where you can find plenty of restaurants and buzzing nightlife.

Large garden with an 18 foot pool.

Private, gated parking as well as on-street parking - plenty of space for multiple cars.

The villa's interiors are all open-plan and marble, with clean, whitewashed walls and chic interior design.
There are three bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms, each with its own bath, shower, toilet and biday.

The upstairs bedrooms both have private terraces with views of the sea and birds-eye views over the pool. Each bedroom offers plenty of drawer and cupboard space.

There are two dining tables, one indoors, one outdoors, fully equipped.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and amenities, including microwave, gas cooker, oven, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

50th celebration

The property is very run down. It would be lovey if upgraded. The property was not clean, we spent time cleaning so we could use certain areas. Also kitchen very ill-equipped. And finally missing bedroom remote control for air conditioning which was very uncomfortable. A shame. We want refund on cleaning thank you.

Disappointing Experience

First off, the house itself is spacious and would have been the perfect place if it was clean and in working order. My family and I spent over 4 hours cleaning the floors, washing sheets, and hosing off dirt. Not exactly the way you want to spend the first hours of your vacation. We arrived to bugs in beds and a non-working toilet downstairs. We booked this home for 10 days so in an effort to inform the property manage and owner, I ended up messaging and/or speaking with them almost daily. Again, not what one wants to be doing on their vacation.

Un beau potentiel, mais une maison très peu entretenue. Beaucoup de choses cassés. Une piscine trouble, une entrée de stationnement impossible. Des cafards ! Une communication compliquée avec les propriétaires à l’étranger. Quel dommage

Je déconseille fortement cette maison. Certes, la piscine est très belle, mais malgré qu’elle soit bien située, l’intérieur est dans un état déplorable. Nous avons dû passer plus de 5 heures à nettoyer à notre arrivée. Nous avons trouvé des cafards et des blattes, la vaisselle était sale, les poêles inutilisables, la literie catastrophique et le jardin laissé à l’abandon. De plus, malgré qu’elle soit bien située, des voisins se garaient devant notre parking, rendant l’accès totalement inaccessible. Tout cela a rendu le séjour très désagréable.

Virkelig et fantastisk hus. Poolen er stor og lækker at bade i. Det er godt med badeværelser og aircondition i hvert rum. Et mindre køkken men det fungerer og der er hvad man skal bruge. Hyggeligt med overdækket loungesæt. Kan klart anbefales til familier med børn og teenager.
