The Cabin was presented absolutely immaculately and was located in such a beautiful position overlooking the owners vineyard. Quiet, peaceful and with 360 degrees views of this wonderful area.
To sit on the decking watching either the sun come up in the morning, or go down in the evening was one of our favourite things.
Wayne and Pauline were super helpful with local information and whilst the cabin is so quite and peaceful it is only a short drive away from lovely Healdsburg with great shops and fabulous restaurants and bars. Although some days we just didn't want to leave the cabin and cooked in.
This is one of favourite places we have ever stayed in and we won't forget it. Thank you Wayne and Pauline.
They thought of everything!!! From the smallest item to the largest, Wayne and Pauline definitely want you to feel at home. The listing is very accurate, and the scenic views are spectacular. Home is very clean with an extremely comfortable bed. If having a STAY-cation is your goal, this is the place for you! Enjoying local wineries is also a must! Simply perfect!!!
Property was cozy, comply, and had all the amenities you could want. The owners thought of everything. The deck had Blackstone grill and a very well equipped kitchen. Full of wildlife to enjoy as well as a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyard. The bed was very comfortable. It’s remote but a close, winding drive to town. It’s also close to any number of great wineries and tasting rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
The property is perfectly located if you are looking for seclusion with access to all of the benefits of western Sonoma county. The setting is picturesque and the cabin is well stocked. We try a different house and a different location every time we visit wine country, that said this is the first one where we will definitely be back!
It was our wedding anniversary. The host thought of everything from complimentary wine, snacks, condiments, extra toothbrush, reading glasses, coffee, etc... We could have packed a few sandwiches and never left...but part of the charm was... Healdsburg is just minutes away. It was a wonderful experience.
Booked the cabin as it was near Healdsburg and several favorite wineries. It couldn't have been more perfect - cabin was even better than it looked in the photos. Everything we needed was there waiting for us, complete with welcoming flowers on the counter. The owner responded to a couple questions very quickly and also sent us a lot of info about the area. Definitely hope to return and stay here again. Thanks for everything!
My spouse and I celebrated our 44th anniversary with a second stay at the cabin in Rogers Vineyard. The cabin is on a hill surrounded by beautiful vineyards and views of the mountains. It is a peaceful refuge. Everything you could possibly need was provided, including beautiful fresh flowers, an overflowing library, a selection of beverages, and a full kitchen with all essentials. We enjoyed meals that we prepared and also those from a few excellent Healdsburg restaurants. We visited the Due Ruscelli Vineyard on Limerick Lane and purchased several bottles of their award-winning wine to bring home. The Rogers’s are easy to communicate with and very responsive. We plan to return at the same time, next year, as the vineyards are full in Spring, not only with grape vines, but also daisies, diverse wildflowers, and even some delightful sheep.
If you’re looking for a quiet place to get away, be bothered by no one, but still have access to first rate restaurants and wine, look no further. This place is better than advertised. Amazing views, perfect cabin, and secluded. Highly recommend.
Charming cabin among the vineyard. Very comfortable, host is very informative. Love the location close to Healdsburg. This was our second visit, we hope to return again.
Wonderful cabin in the middle of a vineyard! Felt far away but was only 15 minutes from downtown Healdsburg. Clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable furniture. Well stocked refrigerator, book and video library. Owners made themselves very available and answered any questions we had within the hour.
Everything about the cabin was great and above expectations. Perfect location.
The only slight negative about the experience was the long, single lane road in, requiring backing up if meeting an oncoming car. In the five days we were there, that only happened to us once. Despite this we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we are in the area.
What a lovely place to stay in Wine Country. The host was super helpful and responsive, and the cabin was comfortable and well appointed. It was very private, yet close to town and more wineries than we could count. We had a great visit!
The cabin got 3 "loves" because this was our 3rd visit - and we'll definitely be back for more! Great basecamp for all of the Dry Creek & surrounding wineries. The view right on the vineyard is lovely! Pauline & Wayne are fantastic hosts - so many thoughtful touches throughout!
Well cared for old family cabin- rustic with modern conveniences and several books, movies, games to keep you busy. The Rogers we very friendly hosts! Lovely deck with summer cool breezes and a view of the vineyard. Convenient central location to shopping, eateries, hiking and wineries. Appreciated having washer and dryer available as we were towards the end of our 2wk trip.
All of the 5 star reviews are on point! This is one of the most unique properties we have stayed in and was definitely the most focused in the details. It’s a good thing, as it is located in the middle of vineyards up a one lane road so hopping to the store isn’t terribly convenient. Communication with the host was outstanding and I really appreciated the detailed directions so I knew I was in the right place. The views are stunning, the cabin oh so comfortable, and blissfully quiet. We had a restorative stay!

*An immaculately clean cabin with a comfortable bed and complete kitchen for at home cooking

*The perfect getaway location within a few miles of Healdsburg Plaza
If this description sounds good, book the property. We will definitely be returning for our third visit in the near future.
What an amazing little Cabin. It was perfectly quaint and secluded and it allowed us to pause and re energize. I loved the beauty of the vineyard and each amazing sunset and sunrise. The Cabin had everything we needed and then some. The Rogers, made this a perfect getaway and I appreciate the warm welcome and the level of detail and care in each unique space. Thank you for making our 24 year anniversary memorable.
Do not hesitate to book this lovely vacation cabin. It's set in the vineyards, well-stocked, and very comfortable. It's perfect for wine country get-away.
This is the perfect cabin if you want to get-a-way from the big hotels and people. I personally felt like I was glamping in the woods. Sitting on the deck and watching the stars in the sky and enjoying the solitude. If you drive a large truck it’s important to note the narrow one lane road to get here. It’s paved but was just wide enough for our sedan.

About the host
Hosted by Wayne Rogers
Amy and Harry Rogers purchased this promiscuously (botanical term) planted vineyard in 1962. By 1972 the grapes were harvested for David Stare's (Dry Creek Vineyards) Premiere Zinfandel bottling in 1973, 1974, and 1975. Over the years, Rogers Vineyards Zinfandel grapes have been found in numerous high end producers - including Preston and Fritz Cellars. The last thirty-two years (since 1987) the grapes have been a part of the world renowned A. Rafanelli Winery Zinfandel.
Wayne and Pauline are your hosts and have tried to make their 'little home in the country', your 'little home in the country'. They make their main home four miles down the road on a Sauvignon Blanc Vineyard. Healdsburg is more than just a home for the Rogers'. Please feel free to call them if you would like to view the town through a locals eye. They love to talk 'story' on Healdsburg.
Why they chose this property
This vineyard has been in the Rogers family for over 50+ years. The property owners would like to share with those that want to experience all aspects of Healdsburg. Wayne Rogers grew up in Healdsburg on weekends, vacations, and summers as a child (since 1962). He wanted his own kids to have a 'like' experience and so moved his immediate family to Healdsburg - full time - 1997.
The entire family has made Healdsburg their permanent home and hope all guests will be able to experience many of the wonderful activities in Healdsburg that made it so desirable for the Rogers'.
What makes this property unique
Zin, Zin, Zin. Old Vine Zinfandel grapes makes this vineyard & cabin unique and one of the driving factors for Amy and Harry to become farmers.
For our visitors to wine country, and in particular, Healdsburg, this cabin has a location that is convenient to all events/facilities that make Healdsburg a travel destination. You are ten minutes from the Healdsburg Plaza with its world reknown eateries, tasting rooms, bakeries, and brewery.
If wine tasting is your fancy, you can start out in the middle of a Dry Creek Valley from your Rogers Vineyards Cabin vantage point.
Located one mile off West Dry Creek Road, the cabin is quiet and the star lit night skies are something to behold. Morning turkey calls or song birds will be your largest disturbance. You may get glimpses of the turkeys or deer or rabbits or pigs or squirrels. Wildlife abounds. You can hike the country road where you may or may not see a car. If you brought bicycles, ride them on a paved road out to West Dry Creek Road - one of the best roads in the nation for biking.
