Set on a vineyard, this charming studio is ideal for a relaxing getaway in wine country. You'll have all the appliances and amenities needed to enjoy a romantic escape, a solo trip, or a fun getaway with a friend. The balcony overlooks the vineyard and offers a perfect spot for morning coffee and views of the fog lifting off the mountains.

Inside, the kitchen offers a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. High speed wifi allows for streaming your favorite apps on the Roku TV or your own devices. The full bath is fully equipped with linens and bathroom essentials.

DISHES: Wash & put away or leave in drying rack FOOD: Empty fridge; compost unwanted food (+coffee grounds) in outside bin TRASH: Gather all trash/compost/recyclables & put in appropriate outside bins

BATHROOM: Leave used towels in shower & spread curtain to let it air out BBQ: Close propane tank & clean grill & utensils CURTAINS: Close (to limit sun damage to furniture) & tie up outdoor curtains

TURN OFF: All lights, fans, coffee maker & wall heater (control knob is behind TV) LOCK UP: Windows, sliding door (lift lever at end of door), front door (press lock icon until you hear deadbolt lock)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not play any amplified sound from phones/laptops/cars/etc outside the house, including on the deck. it's a County rule, thanks.

No firecrackers/fireworks nor outdoor burning of any solid materials (also a County rule but just good common sense too!)

Very cute property overlooking the vineyard. Guerneville was warm when we visited but the unit stayed cool and we opened up all the windows at night to let the coastal air in. I would stay again!

The property is very cute and well appointed. Thoughtful details throughout the loft. The decor is a bit fragile - two small lamps, for essential lighting, teeter when touched. I didn't appreciate having to request that excessively high 1,500 refundable deposit be returned.

Thank you so much for the feedback re the lamps! I will Look into those. And just so you know, I don’t control how much the deposit is nor when you get it returned to you. That seems to be between you & VRBO. All I can do, as owner, is make a claim if there is damage & since I did not, I gather there is a set window of time the company uses to allow for claims & then it gets returned to you. Hope you had a nice stay otherwise!

Beautiful view from the back deck. Covered front deck with comfortable clean patio furniture. Clean studio with nice furnishings and decor. Kitchen had everything we needed. Standard coffee maker bring grounds not pods like us. Quiet at night with good stargazing.
