Raised Cape Cod, completely renovated in 2014 -- like brand new. 4BRs / 2BAs / Washer-Dryer, Central AC, Outside Shower, large Deck off LR/Kitchen with Weber gas grill and outdoor dining on deck for 6-8, plus additional seating/dining in yard below deck. New, updated furniture, Kitchen is well-stocked and includes stainless appliances and granite countertops. LR includes a smart TV with cable and internet to access your Netflix account plus Wi-Fi. One short block to the 46th Street Beach (just 8 houses from the beach). Bay views from LR and BRs. Two BRs on 1st floor each with a full-sized bed - Full BA on 1st floor. The MBR on the 2nd floor has a Queen bed plus another smart TV with cable and internet access. Additional 2nd floor BR has four twin-sized beds. Additional full BA on 2nd floor. Weekly rental includes use of six beach tags (to be returned at end of rental). "Daddy O's" restaurant / rooftop lounge is across the street, and you will find a deli and sandwich/ice cream shops within walking distance. Parking for 3-4 cars in driveway plus use of the shed for storing your bikes/beach chairs, etc. Rental includes use of 2 bikes. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

What makes this property unique

We love the family-friendly environment of LBI, as well as the island landscape that is free of towering high-rise hotels and congestion. There is plenty to do, whether you want to enjoy fishing or wave runners on the bay or just relaxing by the ocean during the day. LBI has so many terrific restaurants to check out, and we particularly enjoy the live music entertainment that Long Beach Township offers in the public parks at night throughout the Island in July/August.
