Family Apartment with Huge Terrace & Sea view

Located in a quiet area of Zadar but close to many content. Villa Zubčić offers newly built apartments 900 m from the Adriatic Sea.
Free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are available in the entire property.
All apartments have all you need it, bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and a covered terrace providing a view of the sea and the island.
Car parking is provided for the guests and it is in the front of the Villa. Family Zubčić also live in the property so we are here for our guests at any time. Just a short walk from the Villa you can find a lot of restaurants, a wine cellar, spa/wellness, children playground, amusement park, beaches, volleyball/tennis/basketball grounds,etc.
Shops and bars can be found 300 m from the property. The beach is 900 m away from Villa but we have a special view to Zadar channel .
Center of Zadar is 3.5 km away. Bus station can be reached within 100 m and the Main Bus Station is 4 km away. Zadar Airport is 16 km away. Airport Shuttle transfer can be arranged against a surcharge.

Why they chose this property

We are located in the very quiet place but also close to everything, we are at touristic settlement ''Borik'' where is a lot of hotels/hostels/bars/restaurants and a lot of other activities in area of 1 km and after all day of swimming and playing you come to the apartment with special view, view to the island and sea with beautiful sunset and all you hear are the birds :)

What makes this property unique

With your booking you got one parking place in the front of the Villa, some hygienic supplies (shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper), free Wi-Fi, Air- Condition, prepare bed's and kitchen for your fully holiday :)
