It is a great two-level house, located in Costa del Silencio, so it enjoys a quiet environment and beautiful views.

This house has its own style and comfortable equipment. It has three bedrooms, one of them suite style with a double bed can put a cot and agreement with private bathroom, the rest each with two beds can put a double bed prior agreement.

The interior of the house is completed with a modern living room very bright, with living room attached to the fully equipped kitchen.

Equipped to detail, this house has flat screen TV with free wifi 150 channels, barbecue .... Everything for the guest to feel at home.

The exterior boasts a charming dining terrace and solarium.

This villa has a service with no extra charge for a cot for children under two years of age. Please let us know at the time of making your reservation, since the crib and high chair are available only upon request.

Nice place to stay

Nice house , enough space for 6 ppl. Very quiet area . Nice to have dishwasher. 5min walk from the rocky beach. The closest sandy beach around 20 min walk . We didn't use jakuzzi as the water inside was dirty. Loads of places to walk around and enjoy beautiful ocean view .

Ein toller Urlaub in einem prima Haus in schöner Umgebung.

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.Wir waren rundum zufrieden.Der Vermieter ist supernett und jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen.Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür,ein gut aufgeteiltes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung,mit freundlichen Nachbarn und einem schönen Blick auf den Teide.Einkaufsmarkt direkt um die Ecke in 2 min zu Fuss erreichbar.Gastronomie,Verkehrsanbindungen und alles was man sonst so braucht in fussläufiger Entfernung.Wlan im ganzen Haus gut. Wir sind begeistert und werden es ganz sicher wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Vielen Dank lieber Jorge. Gracias y mucho Saludos.Maik y familia. Fue una estadía muy agradable. Quedamos completamente satisfechos. El propietario es súper amable y se puede contactar en cualquier momento con preguntas. Estacionamiento justo afuera de la puerta, una casa bien dividida en una zona muy tranquila, con vecinos amables y un hermoso vista al Teide a la vuelta de la esquina en 2 minutos a pie. Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Wir (2 Erw. und 3 Kinder) hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche im Januar in dem Haus. Wir konnten auf der vorderen Terrasse in der Sonne frühstücken und dabei Flugzeuge im Landeanflug beobachten und auf der hinteren Terrasse abends grillen. Das Haus hatte mehr als genug Platz. Parkplatz direkt vor der Anlage. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt mit frischen Brot ist gleich ums Eck. Der Besitzer hat auf Anfragen immer zeitnah reagiert. Der Whirlpool war allerdings selbst meinen hartgesottenen Kindern zu kalt. Für uns hätte es etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck geben können.Check in über Keysafe.

La localisation était parfaite, à proximité des points touristiques tout en étant très calme. Les propriétaires très à l'écoute de nos demandes, maison parfaite pour un séjour de 6 personnes. Estancia muy agradable

Este alojamiento está en una zona muy tranquila. A tan solo 20 minutos andando de Las Galletas, y a menos de 7 minutos andando del Mar y de la playa de la Montana Amarilla. Hemos disfrutado mucho.

Loved the house

The house was nice and clean. It comes with a big living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 3 bedrooms (one "master" double bed bedroom with en suite bathroom and a separate small TV, two twin rooms sharing the other bathroom). The house has a private dedicated parking spot 20 meters from the front door. No fitness room (although advertised), though. Internet worked fine all over the house. The house is very close to TFS flight corridor, so for some people this might be annoying. We, on the other hand, enjoyed watching arriving airplanes flying so close to us, while drinking morning coffee and having breakfast in the front porch. Luckily the airport mostly operates between 8am and 10pm, so it's nice and quiet during the night. And oh boy, it is really quiet there. Costa del Silencio! :) There's a nice view of the mountains and Pico del Teide. The Supermercado is just around the corner (3 minute walk). Just be warned, the owner doesn't speak a word of English. We used google translate while communicating with him, lol :P Other than that we enjoyed our stay :)

Lovely home from home

A beautifully placed property in a central position . We had a wonderful time in costa silencio . The house has 3 very big bedrooms the lounge kitchen and dining area is spacious. A lovely bowl of fruit and big bottle of water was left for us to enjoy. George has been very helpful and kind. Would recommend this property. Many thanks

My girlfriend and I spent eight nights in the property and had a lovely time. The owner was very kind and helpful and we would not hesitate to return. The area is very quiet, although there is plenty of nice small friendly restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Very convenient for the local bus to Playa de las Americas
