Beautiful, unique, family owned, newly renovated house dated back from the 18th century with its own private garden. You will find yourself minutes away from elegant shopping, supermarkets, restaurants and sightseeing. Sea is just a few minutes walk with several swimming spots to choose from!

This is a unique setup with an open view to the New Fortress and a private garden... probably the only one that can be found in the old town of Corfu!

Communication with the host and owner was excellent. The location was perfect. Walk to restaurants, fish, fruit, and vegetable market.Plus grocery stores, beaches, museums, historic spots, and port for excursions. To other islands. I loved the enclosed courtyard and gardens just beautiful.I stayed for 32 days and loved it!!

Great Location & Adorable Apartment

Cannot say enough good things about the location of the apartment, the apartment itself and the hosts, George and Spiros! The apartment is located in an excellent part of Corfu Town, right in the midst of restaurants, shops, and the New Fort. It was conveniently located to the airport as well as a grocery store and a fresh fruit/veggie store. The private court yard was a delight! The unit itself was very clean, well organized, and had everything we needed for an amazing girls trip. The interior was updated with charming decor, the air conditioning and washing machine came in handy. Would 110% stay there again!

Perfect little oasis

Our stay at Casa Bastion was excellent. Spiros and George made sure everything we might need was catered for and were quick to respond to our questions. We only met Spiros in person and he was a very gracious host. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located, really close to the old town and halfway up the steps to the New Fortress. Being in the middle of everything might bother those who are noise sensitive but we thought it was fine. The best part of this booking is the gorgeous little courtyard, very difficult to find in old town Corfu. We spent many happy hours sitting in it. Would highly recommend.

Location, location, location

Comfortable house in the old city with a rare and beautiful patio. Good A/C and soundproof windows enable a relaxing downtime after a very hot day. Quiet neighborhood. The restaurant across the house is not a nuisance. Very well equipped house. More vintage furniture and light fixtures would enhance the beauty of this old house, but nothing to complain about in any way. Good communication prior and during the stay. Highly recommend.

Atmospheric

Characterful old apartment in the heart of the Old Town up a cobbled slope in the shadow of the massive old fortress. Large shady courtyard from which to nod at passers-by and a cool comfortable interior. Despite seeming old fashioned it had all mod cons- dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, aircon toaster, coffee maker etc. Large bed in main bedroom and plenty of storage. Supermarket just down the steps and a plethora of great restaurants close by. Spiros met us and left good information in the guest guide. Glad the restaurant opposite now not operating as enough noise drifting up from the square...Greek music from the dance academy next door was rather nice. Overall a not so little gem in a beautiful town.

The apartment is situated in a lovely part of the old Corfu town under the ramparts of the fort. It is easy to wander into the old town and there are lots of shops and great cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is charming but in quite an old-fashioned way. The property was ample big enough for three of us. The kitchen is adequately equipped but we were glad there was a dishwasher as we soon went through the few cups, plates and glasses etc. The courtyard makes the property special and as we were there at the very beginning of the season (mid-April) it was relatively quiet. Be aware however, that there is a restaurant underneath two of the bedrooms and opposite the apartment and people do walk by chatting on the pavement right outside. We loved being able to have breakfast out in the courtyard and to sit and have a drink in the evening. Some people may like hard beds and pillows, but we found them uncomfortable. Overall a nice stay.

Best Location in Corfu

I rented Casa Bastian for a month and didn’t want to leave. The location is ideal. I spent many mornings and evenings in the courtyard/garden by myself and with friends. It was magical. It feels very safe for a woman traveling on her own and an easy house to share with friends. Spiros and George made me feel right at home. I can’t wait to return.

Tolle Wohnung, gut ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Geräten. Etwas wenig Porzellan und Besteck für eine Wohnung mit Spülmaschine. Nicht so gut ist zeitweise der Heizölgeruch im Hof sowie die Kamera am Nachbarhaus, Diese ist auf den Hof ausgerichtet. Von der Wohnung aus sind der Markt, Supermarkt, Bäcker in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Die Blue Bus Station und der Bus zum Flughafen sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir werden die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen.

Perfect stay

We loved this house and especially the courtyard. We stayed during Easter, and everything was walkable, but away from most of the crowds. Spiros was super helpful checking us in. Highly recommend.

This was our Corfu home for the past years, used now as a Holiday let. The home has a cozy decor with exposed brick walls, wooden floors and very relaxing feel to it. We wanted to retain the sense of space with an open planed living room and kitchen.

The property is arranged over 170 m2 including the garden (house 90 m2 & garden 80 m2) which adds flexibility and practicality – privacy if needed, dining and relaxing spaces.

- Our home is located on the most beautiful neighborhood in old Corfu town, called “Tenedos”.

- This is one the locations that the TV series “The Durrells” chooses each year to shoot many of its scenes.

- A cosmopolitan street with distinctive pebble steps right next to the Venetian New fortress entrance.

- You will be close to everything, supermarkets, bars restaurants are within walking distance

- Many parking spaces are just a few minutes away from our house! A real plus in the busy summer season where parking can be difficult!
