Are you looking for a beautiful 5-person house in a breathtaking, peaceful and sun-drenched location on the Spanish Costa Blanca all year round? Then look no further. We offer all this in the idyllic coastal town of Jávea (Xabia)!
The accommodation is part of a villa, situated on a plot of over 1. 100 m2. The villa has 2 separate houses and is situated in a beautiful area, close to the beautiful old town and the beaches of Jávea. You rent the upper house, with 2 private entrances; one at street level and one downstairs at the pool.
FYI: the lower house is not rented.
The villa has a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool, various terraces and seating areas and many sub-tropical trees and plants. Do you want to sunbathe by the pool on one of the brand new sun beds? Would you prefer to read a book or surf the internet in the shade on the beautiful Bali lounge sofa? Or be a little more active, play a game of table tennis or work out on the terrace behind the pool? This is all possible!
The home is fully equipped. You have 2 spacious bedrooms, both with 2 comfortable single beds, one of which can be converted into a double bed with a top mattress. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans and window shutters and one room has its own sink. You also have a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub at your disposal. In the luxurious U-shaped open kitchen with breakfast bar you will find the necessary built-in equipment, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother and an electric juicer and kettle. The open kitchen is connected to the living room, where you will find a (sleeping) couch, a cupboard and a flat screen TV. You can choose from a wide range of international TV channels: Dutch, Flemish, Spanish, English, German and Austrian. You can also watch Film 1, Ziggo Sport and Fox Sport. From the living room you have access to the beautiful terrace, with garden furniture, tropical plants, romantic lighting and the best view of the entire villa on the beautiful valley. Here you can eat nicely and enjoy the sun setting behind the mountains every day. Of course you also have a good, free WiFi connection to enjoy the internet. You do not need to bring bed linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels). This is for EUR 15 p. p. waiting for you, payable on arrival. This also applies to the EUR 200 deposit.
Your (rental) car can be parked next to the house on our own parking space.

Target group: The house is suitable for almost everyone, especially for families, sun worshipers, golfers, hikers, cyclists, water sports enthusiasts, peace seekers, nature lovers, culture snuffers and people who want to enjoy a cozy environment.

Location: the villa is located just 4 kilometers from the beautiful old town and the port of Jávea, 5 kilometers from the pleasant El Arenal sandy beach (one straight road without traffic lights) with its beautiful pedestrian promenade and many cozy restaurants, cafes and bars , 1.5 km from the golf course and also near several idyllic bays. To discover all this, you can use our bikes for a small fee if you wish. In the nearby area you will find many beautiful towns and villages, mountains and valleys, waterfalls, 13 golf courses, beaches and bays, many beautiful hiking routes, water sports, etc. The airports of Valencia and Alicante are just over an hour away; both are very easy to reach via the beautiful and relatively quiet AP-7 motorway. You can often fly to these airports for little money, especially outside the summer holidays. A return ticket for less than EUR 100 is no exception. Also for a rental car you generally do not pay a lot of money at these airports.

Climate: Like the rest of the Costa Blanca, the town of Jávea is sun-drenched, with warm dry summers and mild and fairly dry winters. The sun shines here more than 300 days a year. Moreover, the Costa Blanca has been designated by the WHO (World Health Organization) as the healthiest region in Europe. The microclimate that prevails here is mainly due to the fact that there is a mountain range in the immediate hinterland, which is like a bowl in the interior. This mountain range works as a buffer for weather influences from both the interior and the sea. In the winter months the temperature regularly rises to twenty degrees and in the summer it is often pleasantly warm with temperatures around 30 degrees and usually a wonderful breeze from the sea.
