This 4BR, 4.5BA beach house sleeps 12 and brings the vacation vibes with a heated private pool, screened-in porch, and direct boardwalk to the sand.

Soak up panoramic Gulf views with coffee at sunrise or cocktails at golden hour. Inside, spread out in open living spaces, a bunk room for the kids, and a fully stocked kitchen made for memory-making.

Dogs are welcome, and there’s even an EV charger, fast Wi-Fi, and an outdoor shower for sandy paws and salty toes. Sunsation has an elevator that services each floor of the home.

Walk to the State Park, grill out under the stars, and breathe deep in one of the most peaceful, untouched corners of Florida. Whether you’re chasing sunsets, slow mornings, or just a little more connection, Sunsation delivers the magic.

A great Spring Break Getaway

This is by far my favorite house on the cape. We had an amazing time over Christmas! The view is perfect and there are beach chairs and toys- super convenient. We’ll be back!

Great week at the beach!

The house has perfect views where we watched dolphins swim daily. The accommodations were great and the Langford’s were a delight to work with. You won’t be disappointed when you stay here.

Secluded Dunes Cape San Blas

Gorgeous house, newly remodleled, we had a fantastic time with kids and grandkids. Ideal atmosphere. Property managers were awesome, very responsive on a couple of minor needs, handled right away. Well worth it, would visit again for sure.

Location! Location! Location!

We love being in Secluded Dunes because of it’s proximity to the state park. Sunsation was exactly as advertised and was a perfect set up for a relaxing week. Property was clean and communication was easy with the PM. Definitely check out this property.

Perfect weekend getaway

We were so pleased with this house! It was perfect for our family of 4 and my in-laws! Plenty of space for everyone! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were so comfortable and soft! Kyle is extremely quick with responding to any messages! Would definitely love to stay again soon!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s home and had a wonderful week at Cape San Blas. The home was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our group. Being at the north end of the peninsula and near the state park, the location is unbeatable! The kids loved going to the community pool and had it to themselves every time. Kevin was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of our questions. We would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Relaxing!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Area is quiet and peaceful so don’t expect to have the large commercial attractions normally found at the “touristy” locations. Everything you could need is available at a local store or Port St. Joe. Go and reconnect with the real Florida!

Loved it! Perfect!

This was the perfect house for us in a perfect location! We had a huge chunk of beach all to ourselves every day and the views of the ocean from every area in the house were amazing! The house was spacious and comfortable for the six of us. This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. Steve and Dana were more than accommodating any time we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!!

We had an absolute blast at Sunsation over the Thanksgiving holiday!!! House was soooo clean when we arrived, kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was furnished beautifully! The kitchen island was huge, so we had plenty of room for food prep. Loved having the outdoor shower and elevator. And Mare was super helpful when we had questions! We'll be back!

Beautiful home!

WOW! we loved our week at Sunsation. The house was stunning and the location on the beach was top-notch. The kitchen was gorgeous. We had adults and children in our group and loved the bunk room, the deck space and the screened in porch. We also loved the outdoor staircases so that we didn't have all the sand in the house. Outdoor shower and extra hoses were also very helpful with little ones. We will be back!!

Sunsation is sensational!!!

This was our second year at Sunsation! The house is absolutely beautiful and the recently added pool is the perfect addition to an already complete home. The house has everything you need for a great vacation including beach chairs and several beach toys. While the house is perfect the only thing that makes it better is your host Mare, she is quite literally the best. She is responsive to any questions and not only knows the area but also knows the local people. She is a delight to talk to and we have enjoyed our conversations and getting to know her. We can’t wait to come back to Sunsation next year!!!

Amazing place for a socially distant vacation!

This is a beautiful property on a secluded beach-lover's paradise! We were initially anxious because of the current public health situation, but Sunsation made it so easy for us to enjoy a beach vacation safely and securely. The property is beautiful and well appointed, and very clean. The beddings, including the bedspreads, were wrapped in plastic, giving us peace of mind that they were freshly laundered between renters. The view from the balconies are amazing, and the screened-in deck really provided a great place to unwind in the evenings and just let the sounds of the ocean relax you. Kyle, the property manager, was quick to respond to all my questions, and he personally went to help us out when we had an issue with the elevator being stuck on the top floor of the unit. We definitely recommend this place, and we would love to come back!

Lovely House on the Best Section of CSB

Sunsations was a lovely home - very clean and comfy. There were only 2 of us and our pooch and the house didn't feel too large but there was certainly enough space to comfortably house a much larger group. We loved the location - we've been coming to CSB for years and Secluded Dunes is the best part of the Cape in our opinion; the home is less than 10 houses down from the state park so you can take long walks along the Cape with nothing but sugar-white sand dunes and water all around you. The swing on the porch was our favorite spot in the entire house! The house had everything we needed to cook some great home meals. The elevator was certainly helpful in helping us with unpacking and unloading groceries. Best of all Dana and Steve were so lovely to work with. We were there over the holidays and even though they were understandably busy with family, they made it a point to get back to us if we ever had any questions or concerns. Thanks again Dana and Steve for sharing your lovely home with us. We can't wait to come back!

Great location, amazing beach, 3 stories so elevator was a plus, house has potential but unfortunately we experienced multiple problems that made our stay less than desireable & so frustrating:*refrigerator did not work properly & owner said she's had multiple complaints but said it was from the cleaners having it opened while cleaning and it would be fine the next morning but that was too long to not have it working with all our food in it. In reality the regulator was not working properly said the maint. & would order a new one and come back but he never did.*bedding had human hair, dog hair on all sheets and a tide pod exploded on 1 of the sheets. We had to wash all bedding *matresses were bad (fixed one bed underneath as the legs of the bed in the middle were bent making the bed fall to one side)*sliding door lock was broken (guy came and said it was broken and would have to order a new one and would come back in a couple days but never came back)*rusted and unusable grill (was an eyesore outside on one of the king bedroom's sliding door view to where the ocean was) Owner said she would replace it the Monday we were there but it never came.*rusted and unusable baking pans*living room area rug smelled of dog urine*owner said there were 6-8 beach chairs available but came to find out there were rusted lawn chairs and fold up camping chairs) *owner became frustrated with us for pointing out issues in the housePlease see document below for more detailed information.

Perfect for our family

In walking distance to the state park. House was clean and beautiful. Western facing for beautiful sunset views. Pool was a must for us with the kids to get a break from the sand when needed. Definitely would come back!
