We were only there one night on our way somewhere but everything was great. We had a lovely greeting when we arrived from Paolo's super friendly dogs, which was wonderful. The place is clean and spacious with lovely grounds and spectacular views. We would happily have stayed longer.

Wunderbare Lage

Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel mit toller Sicht. Wir auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist es etwas sehr besonderes. Auch wenn es rustikal aussieht, war mit kleinem Herd, Kühlschrank, Dusche und Klimaanlage für alles gesorgt. Auf dem Gelände gibt es noch ein größeres Haus, in dem auch noch eine Kleingruppe unter kommen kann. Mit diesen Teilt man sich den Pool, was wir nicht als störend empfunden haben. Paolo ist sehr gut erreichbar (WhatsApp) und hat sich immer sofort und sehr freundlich um alle Belange gekümmert. Auf dem Gelände sind noch 4 Katzen und 4 Hunde. Die Katzen kommen durch die Fenster auch in das Haus hinein. Uns hat das nicht gestört, jedoch muss man sich im Klaren darüber sein, dass man kein Essen offen liegen lassen darf, und auch verpacktes am besten in den Schrank räumt (wofür reichlich Platz da ist). Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Schönes kühles Häuschen mit Pool in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus, der Pool, die Anlage und die Lage könnten nicht besser sein. Mehrere Strände in der Nähe. Mietwagen ist fast ein muss, da es auf einem lang gezogenen Hügel liegt. Bis zu Hauptstraße mit Bushaltestelle läuft man ca. 15-20 Minuten. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein, ein scharfes Messer sucht man vergebens. Man muss Tiere mögen, da vier Katzen und vier Hunde zum Anwesen gehören und auf einen warten (auch beim draußen essen). Paolo ist sehr sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er ist nahezu immer verfügbar gewesen! :)

Idyllisches Häuschen mit wunderbarem Meerblick

Sehr idyllisches, authentisches Anwesen mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf von Cagliari, vor allem von dem fantastischen Pool aus. Ganz liebe Tiere auf dem Grundstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bonjour,Je vais commencer par les points positifs.L'accueil en anglais de Paolo très sympa, un panier déjeuné et une bouteille de vin artisanale comme cadeau la hutte est charmante, propre, l'endroit est très beau,en bout de route avec vue sur la mer, le cadre est vraiment plaisant, tout y est pour être au calme.Les points négatifsL'arrivée prévue à 16h, nous sommes arrivées à 16h20 mais la hutte n'était pas encore prête .....ils finissaient le ménage.Les chiens qui aboyaient des heures durant de manière sporadique chaque nuit, les chats de la propriété qui cherchaient sans cesse à rentrer dans la hutte par n'importe quel moyen, impossible d'aérer sans que les chats viennent a l'intérieur.L'odeur nauséabonde des égouts qui remontait par la douche.....heureusement que nous avions retrouvé la bonde sous un meuble de la salle de bain.Le frigo qui glougloutait toute les nuits en plus de faire du bruit, les lumières extérieures allumées également toute la nuit autour de la hutte ce qui éclairait également l'intérieur.....Le chauffage qui même réglé à 31 devait chauffer à 18/19 grand max tellement il y a de la déperdition de chaleur.Avec une température extérieur à 12 forcement on avait froid.Et pour finir, les nombreuses coupures électriques....dont certaines volontaires....oui oui volontaires !!!! La troisième nuit en voulant couper les lumières de dehors ils nous ont également coupés le courant jusqu'au matin 8h30.Donc voilà, avis plus que mitigé.Ayant moi même un gîte, il y a des choses qui restent inadmissibles pour des clients.

Great place to explore southeast Sardinia from. Friendly owner, rural location, good views

Owner Paulo was very friendly and came to meet us and direct us to the house from the main road. House full of character, a round building with one living/sleeping area and a bathroom. Everything in the kitchen we needed to cook a couple of meals. Wine and coffee kindly provided. Views from outside over local area across to Cagliari and the sea were great. Seating area under the olive trees for eating outside ingood weather. Only a couple of small windows in the house so no views from inside and so when we were in we needed the lights on a lot. We enjoyed the owners dogs and cats who were often around and very friendly and watching the goats and other animals who also live there. We had shared use of a pool but found that we did all our swimming at the amazing beaches in the area.

Wundervoll!!!

Eine süsse kleine Bleibe mit allem, was man braucht und viele Tiere zum Anfassen und Streicheln. Die Gastgeber haben sich immer um uns bemüht und alles in Schuss gehalten. Der Pool war traumhaft! Das wunderbarste war allerdings die Aussicht auf das Meer!!!

Urige Hütte mit besonderer Atmosphäre und schönem Ausblick.

Die Hütte, die ja aus den typischen Baumaterialien, alle tragenden Wände in Naturstein mit Holzdecke, gefertigt ist, ist so gemütlich wie ein großes Zelt. Die Ferienwohnung hat gehalten, was sie uns auch versprochen hat. Wir hatten ein Wohnerlebnis in einem runden Raum wie wir es sonst im Alltag nie haben. Stauraum ist ausreichend, da ein großer Schrank und zwei Nachtische vorhanden und für übrige Utensilien genügend Raum auf dem Fußboden vorhanden ist. In der kleinen Küchenzeile mit etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigen, aber urigen Sitzgelegenheiten ist für die kleine Selbstversorgung alles Nötige vorhanden. Für uns war die Tatsache, dass in die Ferienwohnung wegen der sehr kleinen Fenster nur wenig Tageslicht hineinfiel nicht störend, weil wir immer wieder nach langen Tagestrips zum Wohnort kamen und wir somit keinen Aufenthaltsort über Tag suchten. Bei längeren Aufenthalten kann es sein, dass dieser Umstand etwas nachteilig empfunden wird. Für uns hat der die Tuchfühlung mit der früheren Wohnfrom der sardischen Hirten und das Positive des Zelterlebens überwogen. Ausserdem gibt es genug Platz im Aussen, Terrasse, Pool, um dort zu verweilen, Sonne und schöne Aussichten zu genießen. Wir fühlten uns sehr freundlich, aber angenehm unaufdringlich betreut durch den in der Nähe lebenden Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auch so autonom auf dem Gründstück des Vermieters, das wir uns abgeschrimt und ungestört fühlten. Ein Plus für Familien sind die Tiere, die auf dem Grundstück gehalten und versorgt werden. Man muß sich im Klaren darüber sein, dass die Lage doch sehr zurückgezogen ist und eine Anfahrt über einige Kilometer nach Cagliari Zentrum eingeplant werden muß. Für unswar dies kein Nachteil, denn wir wollten uns gern von der Stadt zurückziehen und die Ost-/Südküste Sardiniens bereisen. Wir fanden die Unterkunft alles in allem sehr schön. Es ist nur ratsam, dort vor der Dunkelheit anzukommen, damit man sich in der Dunkelheit ohne Beschriftung an den Wegen, in einer unübersichlichen Gegend, nicht verliet.
