We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

2. Security Deposit - $750 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

The condo actually appeared much nicer on the website. The two additional bedrooms aren’t in great condition and the beds were uncomfortable. The water was shut off for 4-5 hours two days in a row. The beach shower only worked half of the week. I have rented from VRBO numerous times and this was my least favorite.

This unit is exactly what we wanted! Perfect location to the beach. The beach was not crowded and so nice and relaxing. The view from our condo was picture perfect of the ocean! The pool and grounds were clean. The condo was perfect for our family, each room has their own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Just perfect. We arrived late from the west coast and the after hours check-in couldn’t have been easier. The property as a whole is well maintained and quiet. Took a few days vacation around Labor Day. The condo was bigger than we anticipated. Amazing big balcony with the ocean view. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention and the repair guy was over the next morning. Customer service at its best ! Would love to come back!
