Rose residence, is our spacious apartment located in the small town Kissamos in the west Crete, just 850 metres from the seaside, close to the island's best beaches.
Rose residence is a three-bedroom and two-bathroom house. The balconies the comfortable terrace and the ROOFTOP TERRACE offers guests wonderful panoramic views of Kissamos bay and the nearby mountains.΀he vintage design of the house, with classic and carved furniture adds a sense of luxury and relaxation to your holiday.
Ideal for families or group of friends! We also offer you free of charge 2 bicycles to join your rides in the nearby area!

Beautiful,clean and well equipped, Rose residence has an interior living space of 140sm. All around it there is a green area of pine trees,daphnes, roses,mulberry trees etc . providing a relaxing environment.

You will find 3 bedrooms,all air-conditioned, with units (cool and heating) of 9.000 BTU each. There is 1 large bedroom with a double size bed and 2 smaller, one with two single beds and the other with bunk beds. The brand new mattresses ensure a comfortable environment for sleep. All of the bedrooms have spacious closets. Each bedroom has it's own private balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your favourite glass of drink! A 7th person can sleep on the coach in the living room if needed.

Enjoy the panoramic sea views from the ROOFTOP TERRACE while relaxing in the sun loungers. On the terrace, you may have breakfast or dinner watching the sunset as well as the incredible view of Kissamos bay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the most electrical appliances such as dish washer,espresso machine,coffee machine,toaster etc.There is complete set of crockery and glasses.

It has 2 bathrooms one with a bath tube and one with a shower . There is hot water by solar pannel heater, but also there is electrical heater.
The bright huge living room with dining area offers comfortable sitting for relaxation.

We provide for your stay top quality luxurious linens,towels and essentials like soap,shampoo, iron, hair dryer and more. Wireless Internet connection is at your disposal to stay in touch with the world. Furthermore there is a satellite smart t.v. Our house is functional and offers all the necessary facilities and modern amenities for a pleasant and memorable stay. Perfect choice for families, couples, friends or business visitors.

Our apartment is located 800 metres from the nearest sandy beach of kissamos bay,in a quiet neighbourhood just 10 minutes walk from the center of kissamos,where you can find super and mini markets,car rentals,traditional cretan restaurants etc. The location is in a perfect position to reach all famous beaches, Elafonisi,Balos and Falasarna that western crete has to offer. Also you may have the experience of Samaria and Sirikari gorges.

We are available during your stay,providing you with all necessary information for your vacation and any help in case you need something.

Beautiful Hospitality

The hosts of the Rose Residence went above and beyond for us during our stay in Kissamos. We were greeted by them personally and they had a delicious meal waiting for us. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, just a short drive (or even a walk) to the beach and town, with views of the sea. I recommend the Rose Residence to anyone staying in Crete.

First trip to Greece for our family

Triantafyllia was a joy to work with. I was great to have the homemade food and treats ready for us upon arrival. Their home was very comfortable and inviting, and it had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Their rooftop area to relax and view the ocean was spectacular. The home is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The price we payed was by far the one of the best values for what you get in terms of vacation homes. Die Wohnung ist genau, wie auf den Bildern, wirklich schön. Mit vielen Möglichkeiten um draussen zu sitzen. Die Familie ist sehr Gastfreundlich und Herzlich. Wir wurden mit Kuchen, griechischen SpezialitĂ€ten und Obst verwöhnt.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und den Urlaub genossen.Um den westlichen Teil von Kreta zu erkunden, ist die Lage einfach genial.Vielen Dank an die Familie, wir empfehlen sie sehr gerne weiter.

Excellent apartment with fabulous roof terrace

Everything you could need was available - even a gift of home cooked food....it is a spacious, well-equipped apartment with great outdoor space. The lovely host is available to answer any questions and give tips about the area. Fabulous local restaurants 15 minutes walk away and it is a great base from where to explore western Crete. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with beautiful seaview

Thank you for a very pleasant stay in Kissamos. The apartment was just like we expected - clean and beautiful. We loved the local beach and went on trips to Elafonissi, Polyrinia, lake Kournas, Chania old city. We give this apartment our best recommendations.

Location trĂ©s bien situĂ©e pour visiter l'ouest de la CrĂȘte : Ă  la fois proche du trĂšs joli port de la CanĂ©e et des magnifiques plages d'Elafonisi et du lagon de Balos( dĂ©part en bateau de Kissamos). Nous avons Ă©tĂ© chaleureusement accueillis par les propriĂ©taires de Rose RĂ©sidence et l'appartement est spacieux , confortable et d'une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable avec en plus un toit terrasse trĂšs apprĂ©ciable en soirĂ©e ! Diese FeWo lÀsst sich nicht mehr toppen. Und die Gastgeber sind einmalig: Wir sind noch nie derartig mit Speisen (z.B. einem warmen Auflauf, Teigtaschen, Kuchen, Obst usw.) und GetrÀnken empfangen bzw. auch spÀter verwöhnt worden. Noch mal vielen Dank liebe Gastgeber.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay

We spent a wonderful time in Rose residence. The apartment is exactly or I would say even better as described (absolutely clean and well equipped). Parents of Triantafyllia welcomed us with best hospitality we ever received, they served us with several foods /meals, cakes, fruits-never experienced before. We travelled a lot in Europe, we can surely recommend Rose residence as the best we stayed so far. Well positioned to reach several nice beaches (Balos, Falasarna, Elafonisi) and also great places like the Agia-Irini, Aradena gorge where you can enjoy hiking beside the mass tourism.

We spent a fabulous 6weeks from 09/06/2019 at Rose Residence had a wonderful time. The large modern house is well maintained secure and spotlessly clean well furnished the amenities are 1st class and plentiful. The house is situated just a few minutes walk from the center of town with marvelous views from the Balcony and roof top terrace. The house is managed by Stellious and Vassos (the parents of Triantafyllia )who live downstairs from the house, they met us when we arrived and showed us around they also had food and drinks waiting for us they where absolutely fabulous through out our stay hey supplied us with many meals including many Cretan delicacies they were wonderful and very friendly. We have travelled to many places in the world and stayed in many fine types of accommodation's but Rose Residence is the best rentals we have ever stayed in. We arrived as guests and left as friends would definitely recommend Rose Residence to any one needing accommodation in Kissamos thank you Stellios and Vassos for looking after us so well hope to see you again. The small town of Kasteli Kissamos is primely a center for servicing the farming community as shops and supermarkets all your needs are catered for in the town it also as many good cafés and restaurants' situated on a fine promenade by the sea.

The house is on the edge of town - a lot of empty lots and unfinished houses. But:the apartment is spacious, clean, well furnished, with a few balconies where you can sit and enjoy the sea and the mountains. The owners are very hospitable - left us a lot of food to eat, maps, write ups about areas to visit. We felt at home and would love to come again...

Generous space and people

Plenty of room here. It's much better to rent from people, rather than from property managers. We met the owner's family, and they were always helpful. Some family lives downstairs from the apartment. They started us out with very generous foods and fruits, for our first few days. The kitchen had what we needed to cook meals, and the microwave was also appreciated. Of course, it's the biggest covered porch that has the wonderful views, and we ate all our meals there. The internet and air conditioners work. The only thing I don't like --but I knew this from the photos--is not having a good overhead shower. I took baths. Don't let this stop you from enjoying the scenery. We took many walks uphill, to find a women's monastery, shepherd with baby goats, and a family who enjoys playing Greek music. Around the corner is a woman who painted her entire home with murals. People in Kissamos were always friendly and inviting.

Fantastic residence and area.

Lovely villa with lovely hosts, I've stayed in a lot of apartments and never had this kind reception with a home cooked delicious food given to us, a stocked up fridge with fresh bread and a home baked cake. Any problem we had was sorted out straight away, beautiful couple. The apartment is spotless with everything you will need for your stay, has a large balcony at the side over looking fields. Within walking distance to the village and beach, down a gentle hill, the best beach is to the left of the village, longer walk but worth it, we took the bike's a couple of times, away from the main road and found it safe and much faster. There's enough Tavernas in the village and sea front to keep you well fed, it's a piece of unspoilt Greece and I hope it stays that way, we found all the people to be very friendly and generous. Would definitely recommend Rose Residence as your stay in Kissamos.

What a pleasant surprise

We loved this precious home. It was the best accommodations of our trip. The owners were so helpful and friendly. They fed us wonderful food each day and and we had a stocked refrigerator when we arrived. Wish we could have stayed longer.
