1966 / AL One bedroom apartment with panoramic sea view. With ceramic floor. The double bedroom, with bedside tables, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The balcony overlooking the beach. With air-conditional.
Bathroom with washbasin, shower, illuminated mirror, hairdryer and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove / oven, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The living room with sofa and dining table. With satellite TV. It has garage space for a car.
The apartment is located next to the gazebo. The apartment is bright.
Avenida Tomas cabreira has everything from restaurants and shops of all kinds. It goes to the Casino, Fort Santa Catarina and the marina. A walk to the lighthouse. Next to the building is a supermarket, pharmacy and many other services.
Praia da Rocha was voted the best beach in Europe in 2015. The beach is safe. From the lighthouse to Praia do Vau is accompanied by a pedestrian zone, with an abundance of restaurants near the sand. A dream to eat there! Fresh fish!

Communication with the host was very easy. Very nice location, just 2 minutes from the beach of Praia da Rocha. Lots of restaurants and supermarket within a short walk. Indoor garage for easy parking. We had a great stay !

Well-appointed apartment with 3 balconies facing the ocean. Beach, restaurants, markets and stores right out the front door. Hosts are very responsive and personable.

2 weeks with 2 adults and 2 children (3 & 9). 5th floor with 2 elevators, spacious, 3 balconies, air-conditioning, speedy internet, smart tv, kitchen fully equipped, great cleaning service, great check-in and checkout, great communication with the owner, very close to the beach, very close to shops, chemist, restaurants etc.

Fabulous Stay

The location could not have been better. The space is exactly as described and super clean. The noise was mentioned in reviews so we knew going in...but the bar is noisy, really loud. That was the only negative of our stay...aside from that it was perfect!

From the US so rented it without knowing a lot about the area. Great location 1 minute walk to the beach. Balcony is very small but there are 3 of them. Everything was great.

Best view to be had

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with gorgeous views from the balconies of the ocean and rocks. Just off the main street that runs along the beach, so it’s steps from numerous restaurants and bars. A supermarket is also nearby for times when you want to cook in the kitchen, which has a stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and full size fridge. The coffeemaker is nice for having morning coffee on the balcony and looking out at the ocean.

Apartment in a good location, clean with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Everything as advertised but there was some construction/painting work on the building and we had 2 days were one of the balconies was unusable and the noise was very disturbing. We would like to return in the future and enjoy the apartment in a quiet environment. Just an appreciation to the owners for their kindness and good communication.
