The flat near the sea is located on the ground floor in a typical Alghero building close to the beach and has an internal living area of 75 square metres and an outdoor area furnished with chairs and table.
The house is located directly on Lido San Giovanni, with access to the beach (of white sand) 30 metres away.

The air-conditioned house has two large bedrooms:
1 - room with double bed and 2 single beds
2 - room with double bed and 1 single bed (for children)

Large, bright kitchen. Ideal for holidays directly on the beach. Bathroom with half bath and shower.

Lovely

Place was great. Location is close to the beach and restaurants. Beds super comfortable. A/C worked great. However, the first night we stayed we lost power about 12:30 and the power didn't come back on until 730. We realized we could NOT run both ac units hot water heater and the laundry all at the same time. Overall great place!

Wonderful experience in Italian beach town

Hosts were exceedingly hospitable. Andrea and his parents went well out of their way to provide us all the comforts we needed to make ourselves at home and answer questions. Well-stocked grocery store within easy walking distance. Ductless, remote-controlled A/C cooled the entire unit nicely. Beach promenade one block away with very good restaurants. Public beaches and beaches with nominal fees for chairs and umbrellas to be found. One issue is the beginnings of a small amount of sea-weed along local beach, which is an issue we found far worse in the Caribbean. Not enough to be a deterrent. One mile away is the Maria Pia beach, which is pristine. Addition of a “regular” toaster would be welcome, along with a couple of more comfy chairs set up for a small reading area in the bedrooms. There is no common sitting area apart apart from the kitchen, but that again was not an issue for us. Beds were very firm, which I prefer. Access to the Old City an easy 20 minute walk. All in all, highly recommend. Excellent value.

Meget flink vært der var serviceminded mht afhentning/transport og familiens ønsker om ekstra sengelinned. Tæt på stranden - nok ikke “kun” 30 meter - men lige rundt om hjørnet. Mangler i køkkenet: vinglas, morgenmadsskåle, æggebægre ;-)

Una vacanza piacevolissima

Abbiamo soggiornato per dieci giorni in questo appartamento a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. È stata una bella vacanza perché volevamo poter fare a meno della macchina e qui è stato possibile per la collocazione comodissima a tutti i servizi. Inoltre avendo due figlie di 13 e 15 anni anche loro potevano muoversi in autonomia a piedi, raggiungendo il centro di Alghero facendo una bellissima passeggiata lungomare. (Che abbiamo apprezzato anche noi adulti). I proprietari gentilissimi e sempre, davvero sempre disponibili. Ci hanno fatto trovare tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.Si vede che ci tengono a far sentire a proprio agio i clienti. Grazie Giovanna e Severino!!!

Family friendly, excellent location

Our group consisted of 4 adults and three kids. The apartment was comfortable and big enough for our group. Everything we needed was there. The landlord was very nice and accommodating, our flight came in early in the morning and we were able to check in right away. He gave me a tour of the neighborhood to show me where everything was. They also provided umbrellas, beach chairs and beach toys to the kids which was great! We ended up leaving some also for future families. We had a couple minor issues and he was always available by phone and took care of it right away. The bedrooms have air conditioning which is wonderful on the hot nights in July-we could have a really good night‘s sleep. Location is great- steps from beautiful, calm, family friendly beaches with crystal clear water. Grocery store is a 5 min walk, old town and marina about a 20 min walk on the promenade. Alghero is a nice Family friendly town, lots of things to do and we didn’t need a car which was great. One suggestion I have- it would be nice to squeeze a small sofa or loveseat somewhere as the apartments common area is the big live-in kitchen. But a sofa for reading and watching TV in the evening would be much more comfortable than kitchen chairs. Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation!!!! We would love to come back again!!!!

Ideale per ogni tipo di vacanza..

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa in 2 famiglie per un totale di 7 persone (4adulti e 3 bambini) e devo ammettere la mia paura era che la casa fosse troppo piccola per contenerci e gestirci.. invece è perfetta, spaziosa il giusto, pulita ordinata con tutto l’ occorrente per cucinare. La posizione strategica a 30mt dal lido è ideale se si vuole passare delle giornate tranquille in spiaggia e non si vuole prendere la macchina. I servizi bar ristoranti, supermercati ecc sono a un Max di 5/10 min a piedi. I proprietari sono molto cortesi e ci hanno informato e aiutato per ogni esigenza. Due consigli che posso dare per rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole, fornire un posto auto privato che sarebbe manna dal cielo specialmente in agosto e montare delle zanzariere alle finestre perché pur essendo noi abituati, hanno massacrato i nostri figli. Comunque ripeto la casa è esattamente come nelle foto e nella descrizione e i proprietari persone sono squisite.
