We had an overall okay stay at this property. The location was definitely a highlight — there are plenty of coffee shops, supermarkets, and transit options nearby, which made getting around very convenient. The apartment itself was quite spacious, and the views were absolutely spectacular. The kitchen was also well-equipped with everything we needed, which made it easy to cook and feel at home. That said, there were a few downsides. The furniture felt quite worn, and some of the dining room chairs were not very stable, which was a bit concerning. There are also three steps within the apartment that caused some difficulty for older members of our group. Additionally, the elevator was inconsistent — it worked most of the time, but not always. The exterior of the building also had graffiti telling tourists to go away, which didn’t create the most welcoming impression.Overall, the stay was decent, with some strong positives, but also a few issues that could be improved.
The apartment is the entire 5th floor of an apartment building. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and glasses etc...We were able to have breakfast at the apartment every day. There were 7 of us so having the 3 bathrooms was critical. Everything in the apartment worked. It is attractive and well maintained. The view from the apartment is stunning. There were a couple of downsides, namely the location is somewhat out of the way. There are not many restaurants within easy walking distance, although we found a supermarket and several decent resturants down the hill about 3 blocks away. The apartment is located on a very step hill. We did have some issues with getting Ubers to come to the area but we always managed eventually. The apartment is served by a small elevator which worked well. The host was very helpful. Overall, we liked being in a quiet residential neighborhood. The air-conditioning and appiances worked well although we had some difficulty learning to use the combo washer/dryer. The host left clear instructions in several languages. We just were not initially smart enough to figure things out. The master bedroom is huge with a large amount of storage space. The master bed is on a platform which we found rather odd. But, the beds were all very comfortable with nice linen and plenty of towels. If you are looking for a large, pleasant space wigh great views and ample bedrooms and baths in a quiet neighborhood, this apartment would be a good choice. We really enjoyed it.
The house was very spacious, and in a good location. The property manager was very good with helping us check in and anything else we needed like transportation. We enjoyed our stay there and will use it again if I was to stay in Athens again
Great stay! Owners were nice and met us there and helped us via Whatsapp to figure out a time of a cafe opening when asked. 1 shower was broken and couldn't get fixed while we were there (only 3 days, so understandable). Only adding this in case the broken shower continues. Great location for an authentic experience. We didn't cook there, so we can't add to that aspect. A/C was great in July!

Thank you!
(we expect the shower to be ready before July 25).
Everything worked out here, but it is some distance to Athens attractions. Nice bedrooms and lots of room. Beds were comfortable and they have a nice balcony as well. Overall would stay here again.
WONDERFUL VIEW. The location was great and everything was clean. The hosts were responsive and made sure everything was set up for us. I would definitely stay here again.
The property is very nice, plenty of room for 4 couples and 1 single. A/C works great. I think you need to have a better coffee maker, toaster and more larger cups to drink with. The ice situation was a challenge every day. The restaurants, coffee shop and bakery are very close and nice. I don’t think the neighbors really wanted us there, not very nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the property, the A/C, and the convenient location near restaurants and cafes.
We appreciate your suggestions — we are adding a new coffee maker and an extra freezer to improve the ice situation. Toaster and mugs were available, but we will double-check to ensure everything is easy to find.
We are also investigating a water issue that may have affected the neighbours, and we are taking steps to resolve it.
Thanks again! Enjoy your travels!
Beautiful home that is a good mixture of new and old Greek architecture. Amazing view of the city, first time in Greece so that was perfect! Very close to a market, bus station and train to get to places. Definitely would stay here again :)
Spacious well located apartment with terrific view of Athens.
Large apartment that could accommodate a large group. Very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but readily accessible to all the tourist destinations of Athens. Spent every evening enjoying the sunset view from the deck that is spectacular!

The apartment’s location was a short walk to the Metro subway as well as some amazing restaurants. It wasn’t located in the city center so it was more quiet and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the Metro for easy transportation to/from.
Our family stayed here in April for a few days in Athens. We enjoyed the views and hanging out on the balcony. The listing was accurate and it was easy enough navigating the buses and metro from the apartment. It was a nice walk/hike to the top of Lycabettus Hill too.
