Private property 1 250 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (43 m2, depth 135 cm) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.

Perfect

A lovely house with 4 superb bedrooms. Perfect pool and and pool area, including outdoor kitchen. In other words, a perfect spot for an extraordinary nice holiday. On top of that, an extreme friendly and helpful landlord.

Very nice house with great pool

House perfectly fitted for 8 people. 4 double bedrooms with own bath and very well equipped overall. Nikola is very friendly and helpful. On a short resume: One of the best houses we have seen in the Pula area. Highly recommended!

Traumurlaub in Stinjan

Wir haben mit 2 Familien eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist groß, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Der Pool und die Außenküche haben uns begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Kleine Mängel wurden gleich behoben und er hat wertvolle Tipps für uns. Wir kommen wieder.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war hier in dieser Luxusvilla alles perfekt. Sehr schönes und ruhiges Anwesen und es war alles da was das herz begehrte. Wir genossen den Pool und die geräumigen Zimmer waren auch mega. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder hin. Danke an Nicola für seine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Art. Perfekt.....DANKE

Wundervolles Haus für Gruppenurlaub

Als Gruppe von 7 Personen war das Haus hervorragend! Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad war sauber und gepflegt. Genügend Handtücher sowohl fürs Bad als auch den Pool sind vorhanden und können bei Bedarf in der Waschmaschine gewaschen werden. Nikola ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen und ist über Whatsapp erreichbar gewesen. Der Pool ist eine super Abkühlung gewesen bei den 36 Grad Außentemperatur, auch das Haus ist komplett mit Klima ausgestattet. Das Poolhaus mit Gasgrill, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine war perfekt für abendliches Zusammensitzen. Keine Angst falls ihr das Haus nicht auf Google Maps seht, es ist definitiv vorhanden :) Leider hatte nur die Karaokemaschine aus vorausgeganger Rezension gefehlt. Alles in allem grandios und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekte Unterkunft zum perfekten Urlaub

Vom Besitzer wurden wir nicht nur herzlich empfangen, sondern bekamen alle möglichen dienlichen Hinweise. Er fuhr uns mit seinem Auto sogar zu den wesentlichen Punkten (Strände, Supermarkt, Restaurant...) in der näheren Umgebung. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Sogar eine überdimensionale Soundanlage mit Karaokefunktion war im Haus (super für die Kids). Der Pool mit der Outdoor-Küche war das highlight. Jedes Fenster war mit elektr. Rollos ausgestattet und Fliegengitter gab es sowieso überall. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet und lies keine Wünsche über. An der Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Lage ist optimal. In 10 min. in Pula, innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Autominuten einige Strände, ein kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß in 3-5 min. erreichbar. Wenn man vom Besitzer etwas benötigt hat (was kaum vorkam, da ohnehin alles da war), hat er mit Rat und Tat weitergeholfen. Jederzeit wieder!!!!!

Ein Haus mit allem Komfort

Wir, eine Familie mit fünf erwachsenen Kindern, verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem luxuriös ausgestatteten Haus. Dank vier Schlafzimmern - mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer -, ist Rückzugmöglichkeit gegeben und die Privatsphäre gewährleistet. Die Ausstattung ist in jeder Hinsicht TOP: Handtücher ( inclusive Badehandtücher ), ausreichend Geschirr, ein Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer, eine klasse Musikanlage und besonders der Pool und die Außenküche runden den äußerst positiven Eindruck ab. Ganz in der Nähe, direkt bei der Kirche, gibt es einen kleinen netten Supermarkt, der auch Sonntagmorgen geöffnet ist. Zum Meer sind es zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten, schöne Strände sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Tip: zu Fuß am Meer entlang nach Fazana laufen, einem kleinen Örtchen am Meer! Die Betreuung vor Ort war äußerst freundlich und zuverlässig, auf jede Frage wurde prompt reagiert. Danke!

Villa ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 3 Kindern und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist beeindruckend mit den 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern. Der Pool ist toll. Die Sommerküche mit dem Grill haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
