MVilla - Family Vacation Villa in a Peaceful Location

Villa for rent with a large fenced garden, private pool, American kitchen with dining and living room, TV room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms / toilets and garage. The villa is located 500 meters from the public beach of Bain Boeuf in a very peaceful and quiet location. For those who love the party, it is 5 minutes from Pereybere and 10 minutes from Grand Baie by car.

The villa is new and ideal for having a good time whether you are a couple (or several couples) or a family.

OPTIONAL SERVICES: cleaning lady, dinner preparation, round-trip airport-villa transfer, organization of your outings or excursions by minibus and catamaran.

Note that there is a construction that started next to the villa a few months ago but still not complete. The construction is on the side of the garden and the swimming pool and there may be noise during the day. We cannot prevent development and people from building. But that should not pose serious problems for your vacation.

Beautiful and spacious villa to relax in while vacationing in Mauritius. Many American amenities made it feel like home. Located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to public beach. Property manager is pleasant and responds promptly to any concerns during stay. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Sejour très agréable. Soleil au rdv.

Villa conforme au descriptif. Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour. La plage est à proximité (5mm de marche) et le magasin winner 3 mm en bus. La piscine est nettoyé 2 fois par semaine. Merci à mr Rajan pour sa disponibilité et surtout à la cuisinière, mme Rekah, qui nous a préparé d excellents repas mauriciens. Je recommande MVilla . Et je reviendrais pour un prochain sejour.

Villa parfaite pour des vacances réussies en famille

La villa est très agréable, confort et propreté au RDV. L'accueil du propriétaire est parfait. Son emplacement à proximité de Grand Baie est appréciable, et la plage est à 5 minutes à pieds. la Villa dispose d'équipements récents, la piscine et le jardin sont très propres et entretenus régulièrement. Je recommande cette location pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Magnifique Villa pour un séjour Inoubliable...!

Villa très bien située à proximité de Grand Baie dans le Nord de L'île et des commodités (super U, winners, centre commercial La Croisette...) à environ une petite heure de l'aéroport. L'endroit est très calme, la villa est très propre et très très bien équipée, literie confortable, pièces climatisées, terrasse avec barbecue, jardin arboré. Le gros plus pour nous a été la piscine, très agréable. La villa est sécurisée entièrement clos, peu de vis à vis, avec emplacement pour deux voitures. Bref on se sent comme à la maison, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très gentils, tout est fait pour passer de magnifiques vacances en famille (très spacieux), en couple ou entre amis. Nous recommandons cette location sans l'ombre d'une hésitation et nous espérons pouvoir y retourner très prochainement....! Un grand Merci à nos Hôtes...!

M villa est une villa très agréable, nous sommes resté 3 semaines et nous n’avons manqué quasiment de rien! C’est joli, très bien agencé et spacieux. Le propriétaire est à l’ecoute et arrangeant. Je recommande vivement cette villa!
