This luxury 12th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite management company at Beach Colony Resort

Resort Amenities include pool, tennis & pickleball courts, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, and 1 queen sized bed in the third bedroom; all with smart televisions. Host offers a queen size inflatable bed and bedding available upon request. Please notify your host at least 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE to have the inflatable bed in the unit upon your arrival.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a private full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach directly from La Dolce Vida Beach Service.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and three (3) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis & pickleball courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Just returned from an amazing vacation! The condo was roomy, clean and had an amazing view! We loved sitting on the large patio. The pool is huge and the beach was very nice! We would definitely stay here again!!

Honeymoon stay

We stayed here last year for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! The location was convenient, the cleanliness of this condo was amazing! Which is one thing I am very particular about staying somewhere! The management was very nice when we had any contact with them! Everything was as expected from the booking! Condo was beautiful and when we plan a trip to Navarre again we will def be booking this one again! 😊 overall outstanding!

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautiful and a few steps to the beach. We had a beautiful view. The property manager was excellent - the a/c thermostat was kicking off and she was able to offer us a quick solution, it was repaired quickly, and the staff went above and beyond. I can not say enough great things about this unit and property. 10/10 recommend and will likely stay in this exact unit again if available

Spring vacation 2023

The condo was great! Very spacious and was exactly as listed. The kitchen was a little under stocked having no large frying pan and no measuring cups. There is one outlet on the west wall next to the hutch that only has one plug that works. We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was wonderful! We had a great week. We had 7 family members together for the week. The only bump was that the kitchen didn’t have all we needed. We usually cook shrimp and only had a small pot. Other than that, no complaints. The view from the balcony was top notch!

Vacation 24

We had a great week! The unit is a great fit for our family! We had some issues with sink and bathtub in the guest room on the right as you walk in but plumber came and it was dealt with quickly. The floors were a little sticky when we arrived. Housekeeping came and steam mopped and that took care of the sticky floors on Sunday. We really enjoy your unit every time we stay there!

Great Gulf View, Plenty of Space!

Our family of 4 enjoyed the condo very much. Our kids both loved having their own room and bathroom, and the master suite was perfect for us. The living room space was also very comfortable to relax in during rainy weather. The view was fantastic from the balcony. This is our second stay at the Beach Colony and the property is very clean and welcoming. Our only cons were the lack of cooking essentials in the kitchen. If you want to cook during your stay, pack cookware, utensils other than silverware, and any spices you like to use. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and spacious

It was beautifully decorated. The view was amazing! There was room for our group of 6 to spread out. We brought plenty of kitchen supplies with us since we had seen several reviews that warned us it was lacking in the kitchen. The giant tv in the living room was a nice plus. Really the only negatives we experienced was the master bathroom shower had relly low water pressure and the master bed is VERY firm. I know that is a personal preference so i didnt take away any stars. We would stay again.

A beautiful piece of paradise

We had an amazing week at your property. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. Check in was easy and quick. The balcony was absolutely amazing. A couple of suggestions- the pillows on all of the beds need to be replaced- they are very flat. The kitchen has bare minimum- okay if your not prepping meals but other than pots and pans- no baking dishes and only one large bowl. The beds are comfortable but are hard mattresses. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us- we hope to visit again soon!!

Great location, clean property!

The location is perfect. The property was very clean. The TV was HUGE! Not much in way of kitchen utensils, very basic. Bring your own towels, only 6 towels. No extras... No beach towels, carts, beachchairs, etc... Several light bulbs were out, shelves were falling off the wall in master bathroom, the shower door fell off in secondary bathroom, water or condensation dripping from air vents and down the wall. Overall, great peoperty and would recommend just needs minor maintenance. Will definitely consider again in the future.

So clean!

The property is as advertised. It looks exactly as the pictures portray. It was very clean, and that is saying a lot because I have very high standards for cleanliness. I would even say it was immaculate. The other reviews are pretty accurate also. The kitchen has most of what you need, but could be better. What was provided was suffice for our stay, so we had no complaints. I will add that the king bed in the master was very firm. I don't like a really firm bed and this one was so firm it mangled my back. My husband loved it, so if you prefer a very firm mattress this one is for you.

Clumsy Start to an Amazing Vacation

We had trouble checking in but after a day or so the problems were solved and our stay was amazing. Our door lock did not operate properly. (We couldn’t get in our unit.. the code didn’t work). The agent was a bit argumentative and condescending with us about the lock functioning. Finally, after we insisted it be fixed, a locksmith was sent. The locksmith confirmed the was “worn out” and not functioning properly. Once the lock debacle was solved, we had no more problems with the unit! The only criticism we have is the agent seemed annoyed with us about the lock when the lock was their issue, not ours.

Take a break

What a lovely area! The condo was beautiful and just perfect for my parents, my 21 year old daughter and her best friend and my husband and I. Keyless entry! The host was great to work with. This week was a little cooler than expected but we still had 4 good sunny days!☀️ The pool is of great size and would be wonderful in hot weather (unfortunately it’s not heated). Our balcony being on the 12th floor has a gorgeous view! It is large and would have been perfect but yet again the weather interrupted that with such nasty, cold winds. The white Sandy beach was very nice. Beach chairs, paddle boards and kayaks available to rent right at our beach site. Saw dolphins one day. This is an up and coming area. Definitely recommend Stripes Pub and Grill, Shrimp Basket and Johnny Hustons for local eating. We also found Sonny’s BBQ in Ft. Walton. Many more you just have to look for them. I would love to return during warmer weather. Even though it was cool we still had a great time! Totally recommend! The only thing I would add is a large skillet and more sleeping pillows. Thanks Navarre!🌞
