About this property

Stunning Regency end unit, sparkling with 2 amazing views!

Our condo is a second home to us, and we want our guests to feel like it is their beach home as well! We've gone to great lengths with extensive recent renovations to make it a full 5-star experience - just read the reviews! There are several things that set our unit apart from others, most notably the incredible views in two directions! Add in beach chair service, along with new appliances and other renovations that are too numerous to list fully, and you have one of the best beach vacation experiences imaginable without spending a small fortune! The 5th floor is also a great level, providing a birds-eye view of the beach while not being too high and far away.

What about our location? Navarre Beach is among the world’s best beaches, and the Regency has more beach space (over 400 ft in total) per unit than almost any condominium on the NW coast! Expect beach crowds at other locations but not here! The Regency is also one of the most desirable buildings in Navarre due to its solid construction (you rarely hear any noise above, below, or next to your unit) and its location near the pier, water sports and restaurants. Forget the traffic and crowds in Destin and Pensacola – Navarre Beach is where experienced beach lovers go!

We only rent to non-smokers only, and pets are not allowed.

There are a LOT of specific features to our unit, and if you think something is missing, just ask! The beach chair service includes two chairs and an umbrella setup, and is included in the rate! This service is provided March 1 to October 31. Other features include:
• 65” Smart Sony 4K TV mounted with soundbar
• 50" Roku HDTVs mounted with soundbars in both bedrooms
• DVD players for all 3 TVs
• High-speed wifi with 5 GHz connection
• Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms
• Two sofas, recliner and swivel glider chair – extremely comfortable!
• Heavy duty patio furniture with over-the-railing views
• Keyless access with personalized entry code
• Fully stocked kitchen with both Keurig and pot coffee makers

Stunning is right! Perfect condo for our needs. Comfortable and clean. The owners have included just about everything you will need. The best-equipped condo we have stayed in. The beach was well-maintained with soft sand, and the rental included two beach chairs and an umbrella. While there was no hot tub on the property, there was a nice pool. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony watching the waves roll in. The area was quiet and less congested than other areas on the Florida panhandle, even though we stayed during spring break. We didn't want to leave and would love to come back! Thanks, Eric & Stacey, for sharing your home.

This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in over the last several years of renting condos from VRBO. Everything was new or newer, bedding was clean and comfortable, the patio was very large with nice furniture and a gorgeous view. The beach chair service is wonderful! We have been coming to Navarre for years. We love the Navarre Regency because of its proximity to the pier and to the causeway. This specific unit is absolutely wonderful. The free beach service is an awesome addition that the hosts throw in.

Wonderful condo right on the beach with stunning views. It’s so nice to find a well stocked condo with so many comforts of home! Very comfortable, clean and the Navarre Beach Regency might be my new favorite. It’s such a great smaller building with super fast elevators and parking was a breeze. We have vacationed in NW Florida for over 20 years, always wanting to buy our own property there. In October 2018, our dream became a reality and we are thrilled to share it with our guests. We've learned from all the places we've rented over the years and have tried to create what we think is an outstanding beach experience. For us, this isn't a just rental business; this is something we've put a lot of time, effort and expense into and it is much more personal for us. We spend a lot of time here as well, so we want things to be a perfect as possible. We think our guests will really come to appreciate that difference.
