Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and organized. The hot tub was great after dancing at the wedding we were in town for. My only critique is the fan in the bathroom on the second floor did not work, so the bathroom would get very foggy when showering. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy place in Seven Springs for a long weekend

The property was as advertised. For the price, we were very happy. The only drawback for us was how squeaky/loud the stairs were. Since we didn’t have kids with us it wasn’t an issue. Again, very nice property and it met our expectations.

My group came in for a bachelor party event for the Total Archery Challenge. The lodge was an amazing spot to wind down for the night, sit in the hot tub, and get some deep sleep. We all enjoyed the common area and dining room. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfy. I highly recommend this location and would have loved to be here in the winter to light a fire in the stove. The host was very accommodating and extremely easy to work with.

The condo was great for a quick family ski trip. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, & paper products for a 3 night stay for our family of 5. The kitchen is lovely and the hot tub was fantastic! Thank you for a great stay!

I'll start with the positives of the property. The host was accessible for questions and responded quickly. The location is great, its a couple of miles from the main entrance to 7 springs and you have access to the resorts shuttle service. There is a veryl nice pool close to the unit which was great! The unit is spacious and has a nice layout. Beds are comfortable. The cons - the hot tub was broken and takes up the whole patio so there isn't really a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the outdoor space. The back is not private, you have neighbors right on both sides. The pillows are old and flat. The unit could use a deep cleaning. There was hair in the tubs. The coffee pot was dirty and overall dirty walls, doors, carpet and furniture. The unitj just needs a really good scrub. For the price the unit was good.

Yes, we had to replace a pump and of course it took a couple of weeks to get the part. Unfortunately Hot Tubs do occasionally break. I will say that this is the only time I couldn’t get it fixed in time my next Renter in many, many years. I did take it off the market as soon as i knew. . I’ve asked the cleaning people to do a deep cleaning. The crew usually does a good job.
