Clean, organized and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside in the backyard which is beautiful. Our host always responded to every message I sent. Excellent communication. Kitchen was well equipped and organized. I really loved the house.
Place was in great shape. Very clean and comfortable. Was close to everything and we loved our stay. Host was always accessible and would stay here again next time around. Thank you!
The house was great in every aspect. It’s a great location and served us well for a long golf weekend. We really enjoyed hanging out on back patio, especially the hammock!
This house had everything we needed for our short stay. Beds were very comfy and house was very clean. Loved sitting in the quaint back yard in the mornings for coffee and evenings to unwind. Would definitely stay here again!
Kevin was great even lending us chairs to tailgate at Red Rocks! The house is beautiful and well located for all of your downtown and mountain needs. Would love to stay there again!
Loved our stay. Communication with host was excellent and the property was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Neighborhood was safe and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
Kevin has done an excellent job of hosting. Attention to detail in this artsy vibe home has been is an added plus. Love the lps and turntable. The outdoor patio is beautiful and so relaxing.
House was great. Great proximity to Regis and Tennyson street. The side yard/patio was great to relax in with friends. Everything was clean and well organized. The turntable with record collection was an added bonus! We went to a couple concerts while we were there and it was great to warm up with some classic vinyl.
The house was clean and comfortable, and the back yard was really nice (though it rained the evening we wanted to actually gather there- bad luck!) The host was great- he made everything easy and was very welcoming. I also loved the neighborhood-- not knowing Denver neighborhoods, it was a shot in the dark, but it was nice, walkable, and close to a lot of stuff. Also a great coffee shop a couple blocks away- always a plus!
We had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was very good and the host was accommodating. We would stay here again.
Limited places to walk to but cheap users to fun parts of town. Worked great for out group that loves board games.

Becky,
I wanted to respond to this review since I believe the property's location has much more to offer within walking distance and convenience to everything, not only in the neighborhood, but all of Denver. There are three restaurants, a convivence store, liquor store, hair salon, a dispensary all within 2 blocks of the property. 10 blocks from the property there is a commercial district, on Tennyson St that spans 8 blocks with various businesses on each side spanning from pubs, restaurants, boutiques, coffee houses, ice cream shops, and art galleries . Also, there is a book inside the house that outlines all of this including maps, menus, and recommendations from me personally to help guide my guests to what they might be looking for.
I appreciate your feedback, but I would advise any future guests to check out our welcome book upon arrival to make sure they can enjoy everything the Rock House has to offer!
Would highly recommend this house! We had a great trip to Denver. The house was conveniently located and clean. We all enjoyed the outside patio/yard area. Parking, check in and out was all easy. We’d definitely rent it again!
The patio outside was great. The house is clean and well maintained. We were 15 mins from Leopold Bros Distillery (a highlight of our trip) and 15 mins from some fine food and drink destinations.
This was a perfect house for the 4 of us - really nice centralized location for trips to Estes/Boulder Park, Colorado Springs, and things around Denver as well. Outside space was really nice, and everything about the house was "as advertised". It had everything we needed and suited our group perfectly!
