Located right on the Hollywood Broadwalk, you’re just steps away from countless delicious restaurants and cafés—perfect for morning coffee, oceanfront dining, or enjoying live music. Popular spots like Margaritaville and its lively beachfront ambiance are just a short walk away.

Beyond the beach, you’re within a convenient 10-mile radius of major South Florida attractions, including Gulfstream Park (horse racing, casino, dining), Aventura Mall (world-class shopping), and the iconic Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock (casino, shows, nightlife).

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When you are ready to go, please leave the AC set at 75, all the dirty linen (towels, bed sheets, etc.) Inside the tub, all TV's off, and windows and shades closed.
Leave both sets of keys as well as the red parking tag on top of the counter. Lock the front door (deadbolt ONLY, NOT THE CHAIN) and exit from the kitchen.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If any house rules or any rules stated in the Rental Agreement are broken or violated, you will forfeit your Damage Deposit.
Nothing can be left on the railing outside of the condo or on the table/chairs (no beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.)
Lost keys or Parking Pass will incur a $50 charge each to the guest who lost it.
