Stunning Beachfront 2BR/2BA Escape 12th Floor — Wake Up to Incredible Gulf Views
* PLEASE NOTE: There will be construction in the building, estimated to begin at the end of July 2026, through November 2026. Noise will be intermittent throughout the day, ending approximately 4:30 pm.
The building's balconies are being repaired in accordance with recommendations from the Structural Integrity Study, conducted in compliance with Florida law.
The crew will be working on the 01 and 02 stacks. The pool will be closed during the day from approximately 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Access to the beach will be open.
Our condo is everything you have a right to expect for your vacation in Paradise.
This condo is located next to an end unit on the 12th floor. It has a breathtaking view.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped.
Both the master bedroom and living room have sliders that open to the private lanai, where you can enjoy any or every meal, relax, read, watch the dolphins play, and watch the sun set. It is a sight you will not soon forget.
What you can expect is 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, T.V.'s in each bedroom, free wifi, beach chairs, beach towels, and a front-load washer/dryer in the condo. The condo is tiled throughout.
Imagine falling asleep to the sound of waves on a comfortable king mattress in our master bedroom. This room also includes a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room's sofa bed opens into a queen-size mattress.
You can't get any closer to the beach. White sand and blue water make for a great escape and a much-needed relaxing vacation!
