My daughter and I have been coming to vineyard haven and staying at this lovely property for years. The studio is a perfect size in a perfect location. We love our time here and we also love Deborah and Ken the most wonderful hosts evah.

I always look forward to my stay at the Sea Captain’s property, so much so that this is my 4th stay. I have vacation here in August 2021, 2024,2025 and 2026. It “fits the bill” everytime by being so centrally located with just a 5 minute walk to food, shopping and the gym and just a short drive to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown for meet up with friends and other activities.I highly recommend this property!

It's a small studio, but optimally put together, very clean and easily within walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. And there are some really tall and gorgeous trees out back that are worth a few "wows."

The apartment had everything you would need. It was in a perfect location for travelling to / from the Vineyard Haven Ferry and for exploring the island. Deborah and Ken were very welcoming and were available to provide information about the island.

We absolutely loved our stay at this perfect Vineyard home! The living space was so comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day exploring the island. We always love our stay

This is our fifth year staying at the studio and we love it. Deborah and Ken are kind and gracious hosts. Staying here on Martha’s Vineyard has turned into an amazing family tradition.

Apartment was clean & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Communication with our hosts was great. She gave us recommendations for places to eat & sightsee. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice little spot. Great location. Nice new restaurants in the area that you can walk to. Beautiful garden to look out during morning coffee. Loved the turkeys too. We will be back !!!

Lovely and Quaint

Very pretty quaint spot with all the amenities you need for two people. Walk into Vineyard Haven Main Street area and ferry to woods hole. Garden was beautiful . Loved the daily wild turkey visits.

Great studio, felt more like a one bedroom with plenty of space. Strong water pressure in shower. Beautiful back yard with turkeys roaming around. Easy walk to town shops and restaurants. I would say the walk from the ferry station to the home is more like 10 minutes.

The convenience of this spot is unbeatable. We were within easy walking distance to an incredible array of local restaurants and fantastic shopping. Wonderful Studio apartment in Vineyard Haven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Captain's House Studio. The home had everything we needed - appreciated use of the beach towels. It was so pleasant sitting on the deck after biking all day. Deb's gardens are beautiful. Deb was an excellent host - highly recommend this home!
