About this property

Newly Refreshed Condo with Large Balcony and Spectacular Views!

This bright, attractive oceanfront condo has been recently remodeled with new flloring through and all new furnishing. It is directly on the beach with ocean views from the main living space and the master bedroom! The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items to enjoy cooking meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for four or dine on the balcony to soak in the views! This is a pet friendly property.

This second floor condo is located in the popular Coral Sands complex with an elevator for easy access and private off street parking. The great location makes it easy to walk or bike to nearby Main Beach where you will find two popular restaurant/bars, Putt Putt, skateboard park, and more! Plus, you are a short, two mile, drive to historic downtown filled with shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

The living area is light, bright and tastefully decorated. The furniture is coastal and comfortable, a great area for watching a movie on the large flat screen TV, doing a puzzle on the dining table or just enjoying the wonderful views. The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen HD TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The hallway bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combination.

Amenities include Wifi, washer/dryer, ceiling fans throughout, private beach access with showers/faucets at the gate for a quick cleanup. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.


The large 27 ft. balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy nobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean! Watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening cocktail while you relax and unwind! Once you stay in this beautiful condo, you will be spoiled! Amelia Island will become a favorite destination, for sure!
