The property was amazing. Clean space. A lot of space, probably way more that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Harvey was a great host and made sure we were all settled and was available to be reached at any time.

This is a lovely large home, which was perfect for each of us enjoying our own room. Harvey was a gracious host! Check in and check out procedures were smooth. Queen Creek AZ is a lovely area with easy access to shopping and restaurants!

Pretty good place. The pool and clubhouse were a short drive and we really enjoyed them. There were plenty of towels, pots, pans, dishes, etc. It would have been nice to have some sort of soap, shampoo, etc. available. Also in the corner of the master bedroom by the door to the balcony, something black is growing on the carpet and up the wall. I hope it is not black mold.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We ask every guest to mention anything they may discover or any feedback. Not sure why they chose to post on app and not to us directly. With monsoon season sometimes water comes though gaps under the door and it brings dirt etc. onto the carpet. No mold just some cleaning and new paint on weathered baseboard. Scheduled painter. Also note, we appreciate the guests patience as we had an AC blower in the upstairs AC unit fail. All repaired but not ideal the last day. The desert dust storms and monsoon rains are unique to most guests visiting from outside Phoenix area..

We had awesome reviews the two weeks before and last 3 months but not everyone has the same expectations. Arizona dust storms can change things in a day. Grateful for the feedback and working to be better each and every week. 6/10 is not too kind.

What a great property!! Super clean, well decorated, really comfortable. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with every utensil, small appliance, etc...you can think of. The price is very fair. The location is great and very quiet.
